On June 16th, I have placed an order, number M3VP, "Dolce and Gabbana" pumps size 38. I have also placed a request to notify me once size 37 (which is my TTS) is back in stock.
On June 30th, after the shoes were delivered, I have received a notification to my mail that my "item is back in stock", which is the size 37.
On July 2nd, I have placed the order for the 37 pair, number UP4W. I have payed for the item, received a confirmation from Farfetch and from PayPal for my payment. I have also booked a return collection for the 38 one, to be more than 24 hours later. Hoping that in case the order is not processed I will be notified shortly and will cancel the return and stay with the 38 size.
5 days after placing the order and after sending emails asking for an update on the status of my order, I was notified that my item was not in stock and order was cancelled. The representative at the call center explained that the web store merchandise is also sold at the boutiques and that this item was probably sold at the boutique before complying to my order.
The representative response to this was that I would get 10 pounds discount on my next order- which is a complete disregard of my intelligence as your customer! Bought shoes which did not receive for 400$, and they offer me 10 pounds for my next purchase.
Also no one got back to me after repeate calling and sending emails
Hey, just curious as to what FarFetch offers in the situation of not receiving an item!? Someone has signed for it in my building but it wasn't me. Will they offer me a refund? Or send me a replacement pair of shoes!?

I bought a pair of shoes at farfetch.com. I tried the shoes 1 min
At home, then put them back into the box because they were too large and

Positive reviews are likely to be from people who liked the product they ordered. Lucky them. The return policy is a nightmare; and if you haven't sent it back within five days there commences a long struggle, and likely as not, you'll lose.
I've been stuck with two items, one an expensive black handbag that's too large and too heavy for me- I simply cannot use it. It sits in my closet. Yes, I was involved in my work and forgot to return it within five days, but it's of a timeless style. Further, I was met with rudeness and condescension. Too bad, because it has nice things but they are impossible to deal with, so I don't any more. No other place buts so much of the burden on the purchaser, including their cockamamie system for getting labels, etc. Who needs this?

I remind to you all NEVER SHOP ON FARFETCH.com. $#*!ing Website that try to sell something nice online. When you placed order they will claim that no stock. But they do the withdrawal. Send email they will only reply the same thing but not solution to customer. A week ago they claimed that have cancelled order and refund to me. Until now I haven't received a cent back. Check with my local bank I was told merchant didn't instruct bank to do any REFUND. What the $#*!! SCAMMER! I think they just try to attract customer to placed order. Eventually no stock ore. In this way they can use Customer money for other purpose! What a good way to use the money for rolling and without any interest back. Very smart way and $#*!ing PIG BRAIN FULL OF $#*!! I wish I'd looked at this site before ordering.
I won't bore everyone with the details of the issues I encountered as sometimes even the best websites have problems and it's the way they deal with them that matters.
Two different customer services assistants promised me calls back which I did not receive, the third advised that she had arranged a redelivery of an item shortly before I received an email advising it had been sent back to Italy.
I have called four times following the receipt of this email to see if they could have it sent back to me, I haven't been able to get through I've left a number of messages asking for a call back and an email requesting the same. No response.
The products that Farfetch offer are fabulous but if you have an issue the customer services is none existant, I would expect better customer care from poundland never mind a designer clothing retailler.

BAD - do not shop here.
Placed an order, they charged my credit card but did not ship. After 4 days I asked the status and they informed me that the item was not available any more. Customer service sucks, couldn't explain why my card was charged (their policy says that it will be charged when shipped). Avoid especially ANITA HASS, GERMANY

AVOID FARFETCH!
This January(2014), i purchased 5 Moschino iphone cases and make them sent to China, the parcel was rejected by the customs saying it's overweigh the individual purchasing amounts, and my parcel was sent back to italy then. I never even received or touched those cases, but Farfetch said i need to pay for the returning postal fees, which was about 60 USD. Isn't it ridiculous!? I need to pay for some bloody things i've never seen! Their customer service was totally a disaster, i sent several emails to them, they usually replied after a week or even weeks. They were always incredibly sorry for replying late or raised any inconvenience to me, but they never changed. Lol and now is June already, 6months has passed, MY PARCEL HASN'T ARRIVED AT THEIR BOUTIQUE YET! Seems like i will never get my 400 dollars back. I decided to sue them in any uk consumer protection organisation i can find. This is far too over. In addition, they really like informing you the goods you purchased several days ago is out of stock, and they are"incredibly sorry", they will withdraw your money asap... So speechless and frustrating, i would never shop at this website again. AVOID IT GUYS!

Far fetch offers shopping from around the world. I have purchased from them a couple of times and each time was a disaster. The first time, my shoes were delivered by UPS and the delivery guy reamed me out for not being home on his previous two tries. Granted this was no farfetch's problem I tried them again. I bought sone $1100 boots. They were ok but I was not sure if they were a bit snug so I ordered the next size up also. By the time they arrived, we had an emergency and flew to a funeral. When I hit back and tried them on, they were way too big. I wanted to return them to far fetch but they said I was over the 5 days they give to return items internationally! Five days?! I tried to explain my situation and they absolutely refused to help. They showed no compassion, they completely refused any customer service at all. Eventually my husband called so done in the executive department and was told so done would call him back. No one did. It has been months of us calling, leaving messages and emails and we get nothing from them. We were even ready to accept a credit note. I can't believe this company is so heartless and did not even have the courtesy to respond to emails and phone calls. You would think that the executives want to set an example and show what is good customer service and at least look into the matter. So now I have two pairs of $1100 fendi boots, one which is totally useless to me. I guess far fetch thinks my uncle shouldn't have died at the time he did and this is all his fault. Will never buy from them again!

I had previously attempted to order from them in 2012, and they wanted me to do a bank transfer and show extra documentation. I adamantly refused and requested a refund. By the looks of the reviews - I was one of the lucky ones. I was able to recover my money very quickly, but I monitor my money very closely, so I was calling and e-mailing on a daily basis, and when I didn't receive an adequate response - I was very publicly contacting them through facebook.
As that was nearly 2 years ago, and remembering that they had had mixed reviews at the time - I again let myself fall prey to the Farfetch siren song for a designer handbag. I elected to pay via paypal and use my credit card (not my bank account). THANKFULLY, Chase immediately flagged this as fraud (Farfetch: what does that tell you if one of the largest banking corporations in the world recognizes you as a fraudulent company?). It gave me enough pause to look for recent reviews on this shop/site. THANK YOU. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU REVIEWERS AND TO MY BANK FOR SAVING ME FROM A TERRIBLE $$$$ MISTAKE.
It looks like every review site on them has about a 50% rating. So you have a 50% chance that you will receive your good, or a 50% chance that you are going to lose your time and your $$$$ (and quite a bit of it).

I have ordered from Fartech in the past with no problems just a little bit slow in the delivery process but it did not bothered me much. I am not sure what is happening to this company but they have one of the worst customer services in the market. I order a pair of glasses. I checking weekly on my account to see where it was on the shipping. It took around two weeks to update that product has been shipped. I did not receive any communication about the tracking number. After around four weeks (more or less) I checked again and noted that it was 'delivered" but I did not receive the merchandise. I emails them. It has taken around two months (also replying to DHL that I have not received any package) to tell me that basically there is nothing that can be done because I waited so long. I have never experience it with any other online company. This is simply unacceptable.

So I contact customer service. I was told that my order has been cancelled due to the scar out of stock
I received my credit card statement today, I was charged on the credit card
And no credit has been made on my account, I even contact my credit company to see if there is any credit has been made.
And the money has been charged on January, 21

Was a bit worried at first due to the bad reviews but there was NO regrets as they were stunningly fast, i was supprised to see a delivery man so fast at my door as the package have traveled across the entire country.
Excellent speed, the package was in excellent condition, overall great!

Before I ordered anything from Farfetch, I looked at the reviews. I saw loads of really bad reviews but also good ones. The product I wanted wasn't in my size anywhere else so I went ahead and ordered them anyway. Received the item 3 days after ordering, and everything is perfect! Couldn't be happier :)
How can they be so unprofesional on their business!? Farfetch is a joke! Never use it! AVOID! I made order first with visa then it was canceled sand they wanted my detail passport etc. I provided all information they wanted but still they could not confirm my address! Then i tried with two other card they canceled both so They charged 3 times ( And kept the money for 3 weeks until it was back on my card) Even they said it taks max 6 days till i got my money refunded on my card! I still wonder HOW COME this kind of website exsist! Also the customer service is very unprofessional a bunch of kids working there! Try searching other sites first where tradeing is easy and not made uncomfortable and humiliation.

I ordered a pair of Jeffrey Campbell Litas, a type that I could only find here. The price was a bit higher than on other sites, but it was still the best along with the shipping, because I'm from Hungary, but JC is american. Plus this site was the only one, where my size was still is stock (EUR 40) in any types of Lita...
The shoes came from Italy, so I didn't have to pay any taxes or duties since we were both in US territory.
First I had problem with the paying, because the site temporary didn't work. I contacted them on Facebook, because I didn't want to pay for expensive international phone calls. They sent me the link to the online costumer service which I couldn't find. Before I could reach them, I tried to pay again (for like the 4-5th time), and the problem solved itself, the site worked again. (Maybe the servers were too busy?... I don't know.) So I made my payment by Maestro card, they did not want me to send my ID or passport copy or anything else.
They shipped my shoes right after I made the payment. I could track my package 4-5 hours later. I could see the whole way from Italy trough Germany and Austria to Hungary. It arrived on the estimated day, 5 days after it was shipped.
So I had a pretty smooth shopping experience, it might be cause we are both in US territory, but I enjoyed it anyway.
I recommend this site, especially if you are european.

So angry, I just went to purchase two pairs of shoes for my bridesmaids on Farfetch. 2 days later I get an email saying they want photocopies of my drivers licence/passport and credit card! I'm sorry, but in this day and age, go and get Verified by Visa. Seriously, I have a mind to contact friends I know in the legal industry who work around data protection. Their explanation of what they do with my data (oh I think our finance team destroy it) afterwards is not satisfactory. There is NO way I am sharing my passport details with you, this has got to be a scam. How can you run a legitimate online business without the proper tools to do so, and not warn your customers this is a policy at the time of purchase? Will not be using again.

Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
