My item, a white MK bag, was not in a very good conditionat.It has some schratches and some dust, too, but I dindn't want to send it back to you, as I don't want to waste my time and energy.

I attempted to return an item. The website was taking me in circles and then closed the order. I was not able to print the return slip. I called the customer service line and they said it would take 24 to generate it. I asked to speak to a manager and they kept me on hold for and extended time and said one was not available.

My overall experience was very pleasant. The most positive part was the currier. He was very cooperative and polite. And I am more than satisfied with the product.

The shipment and all informations on it is really great and constantly updated.
I ordered a luxury Cap from the brand Dsquared2 on this website paid a tons for it. The Cap was the same design but some embroidery was different then what it's pictured on their website. At first, the customer service responded quicky and gave hope. Unfortunately, seems like just an illusion and they can't refund the item! I paid alot of money for this cap. Avoid this website it's suspicious. Never will buy here again!

Once you place an order, the packaging/shipping are great! Price range Min.-Max. Does not work. Sometimes the size selection box does not drop down. Difficult to narrow your search down to what you are looking for.
