I tried to purchase 2k worth of clothes and at first the payment didn't go through on the website so I called them and I purchased the stuff on the phone, they sent me an email to verify my info and after I sent a photo of my passport and credit card, they cancelled the order, I tried for over a week to buy the clothes and I called them every day because I ordered the stuff to go on a vacation and I was looking forward to have them.
They wanted me to do a bank transfer and put on hold 2k from my account until they would get the money from the transfer even though I havent received back the original 2k from the order the cancelled and it has been over a week. This people are very incompetent and I'll sue them if I don't get my money back.

I submitted my return request online, but the system seems to have something wrong. It pops up some warning message but then shows the return is in progress without sending me any return label or information. I contacted the customer service. They were very nice but have not solved the return label issue for a couple of days and told me every time that I would receive the label soon... I am now worries if I could return my order on time since I am going to travel outside US soon but still not able to return the order. Its operation and return system is so inefficient.

Everything was good, but the same item if ordered from USA, I could find it (from your site as well), for $423,00 including import duties which is much less then 410,00 I payed, & consider that I have an permanent address in PRINCETON NJ USA. Thank you

I placed order on 19 Jul 18, bought a bag (Salvatore Ferragamo-Gancio tote bag). However, I was so dissapointed with the bag that I received, the inner lining color didn't match as describe or shown in the photo as well as the quality. Some parts are torn. And it seems like a used bag. I bought it for $577.26 which clearly doesn't receive what I pay. My order number is A6MPRE.

Wonderful products, great communication and fast postage I received my item within a week from Europe, my item was in perfect condition and I would happily purchase items from Farfetch again, this was not my first purchase with farfetch I have previously made numerous purchases and Ive had the same excellent experience with those items as well

I accidentally put my old address for the shipment. I realized my mistake right after I placed my order. Although I immediatey contacted Farfetch to correct my mistake, but there was no way to change this order. The item had to be shipped to the wrong address and returned to the boutique store. I at least got the full refund, but it is a complete non-sense that such a minor mistake cannot be corrected due to its ridiculously inefficient operating system.

I ordered from them yesterday and, despite it being confirmed that my card company had preauthorised payment, they contacted me to tell me I had to provide my card and personal details again for their security checks. They then asked my to send a Photo of my ID to prove who I was. I have never experienced thus with any company previously and, as a result, Farfetch have lost £1000s of business.
