I was on the search of a certain scarf and could not find it anywhere, I sent a request to Farfetch that they should contact me if they got it back in stock. I recieved a mail within a day and I could place my order and choose express delivery. So just a couple of days later I got my scarf and I could not be happier! Thank you Farfetch, you are a new favourite webshop!
I didnt get confirmation that my package was on the way until probably 4 days after placing the order. Once I did get confirmation... it was delivered within ONE DAY from France. Crazy.

I've received a bag which was clearly already used by someone else. The bag was dirty and the surface of the bag has kind of hollows. Disappointed.
My dresses came nicely wrapped, as if they were a beautiful present. Deliveries came quickly from both Switzerland and Portugal.

I was surprised by the fact that the package arrived earlier. Just in time for the weekend. I love the packaging, especially the fact that there is a call to action on the bottom of the box. I wont reveal the message. You should definetly have this experience at least once in a lifetime. Keep it up guys!
From placed order to delivery and everything is good and smooth. I also would like to mention the delivery charges is cheaper than other on line shopping companies - only in HKD80.00 very good deal. Thanks, Farfetch!
The order time-line was much longer than any previous orders. One item in the order apparently was no longer available, which caused the delay. Otherwise, all went well.

Great always doing business with Farfetch and this boutique was no exception. Im very very satisfied
Shoe came in due time, but has minor scoffs on one foot. Great fit and price was out of the world..
I purchased a bag with all given measurements, pictures in details, nothing left to imagination on what to expeect. Paid shipping and all due customs taxes only to receive same bag in much smaller version, all different from the measurement and pictures on the site. After complaining I received an email promossing that after returning the item, all shipping and other costs would be refunded in Farfetch credit. After returning the item though, I never got refunded of those costs and was told I had to deal with my Government, although the whole purchase was a clear fraud at this site. Will never purchase again and advise so to all people I care about.

I live in Australia, ordered the gift on Friday and received it Monday. If I ordered it from the next suburb here I still wouldn't have it
