Update: I had to contact them after they posted publicly to make it seem like they were going to do the right thing. Unfortunately, they didn't. I should have been given a discount for the damaged sandals (suede strap was badly scuffed) that I received or a credit to my account. They just said their vendor did not check the merchandise before shipping it out. Seriously? So the customer is the one left with the bad deal. Won't be shopping with Farfetch again. I get that these things happen but to not make it right and be accountable is unacceptable.
Firstly, it was a signature required package that was left w/o a signature. Luckily one of my neighbors took it and gave it to me today. I thought it was lost initially. Most importantly, one of the stairs is scuffed and damaged. If it was a damaged item - it should have been noted in the description. Im not happy.
I have been shopping at FarFetch for quite some time and I have yet to be disappointed! The items I have purchased have been both beautiful and of great quality! Needlessly to say I'am extremely happy!
I like to be careful with the model s size - i mean the size you sais is wearing to be that size
I luke to be careful with packaging boxes to be in respect eith the item you in
Ex- Mytheresa has wonderful services regarding rhe way they send any items
You use to put sensitive items in a bad way
Otherwise the time of delivering is fine
Many times i have this problems with the orders and the items are bad treatead.

I love my sneakers and great fast shipping. Great choice of products. A little in the expensive side but very worth while. Super fast international shipping. I will and have been a return customer.
I was given shoes that were damaged and the suede was damaged and dirty. I hope the boutique that gave me these shoes is removed from the farfetch team as the condition the shoes were given to me are in no way acceptable as brand new.

Overcharged me for wrong shirt. It took me a long time to receive my merchandise, then when I finally receive it its the wrong size, and wrong color. When i called customer service she told me that the invoice reflects something else and that I should disregard it.
I love the packaging, so nice to get something wrapped nicely, i appreciate the fast review, and fast shipping, last but not least perfect item. I received what i experted.

Purchased several times from Farfetch, last three times money has been deducted from my account twice - which with luxury means a significant amount is taken from your bank account for around a week (left my bank account over drawn). Farfetch was contacted and admitted that is a frequent experience when using PayPal and didnt take any responsibility for this issue. As someone who uses PayPal for the security, I now avoid Farfetch until they have some form of resolution.

First time Ive shopped with Farfetch. Absolutely love my Miu Miu bag! But whats even more amazing is the fact I placed my order on a Monday and received my handbag byThursday!... all the way from Italy! Definately will shop with Farfetch again!
This is a very good shopping experience that the delivery is very fast. From placing the order to receive my bag, it just takes three days.
The fact that I could buy these AM1 Watermelon's via Farfetch for retail price, was a dream come true! Next to the fast shipping and the outstanding communication with the support desk (superfast reaction).
My order was received and I was informed every step of the way as to what stage my order was at. Ordered Friday and received by Wednesday of the next week! Fast!
I bought a bag and it came with many scratches. They said they would contact the retailer and 2 weeks passed and still no words and the price of the price went down. So I called and said I wanted to just return the bag and get a new one thats lowered price and hoping itll come scratch free. The new bag came with some minor scratches that I can deal with. But the returned back which has been delivered for close to a week now still shows up as return requested on their site. I emailed them several times with no response. Needless to say I have her received my refund. I have to say their prices are good but really need to improve their customer service!

Love everything about it, I just love to be notifie about certain brands when it arrived. Like a notification via email. Coz sometimes it finishes fast. I would like more sneakers, limited ones. Exclusively, pre ordering before all the people. Discount for sure. Its nice to be VIP in your account.

First experience with Farfetch: They cancelled my order after 48hours and after the email confirmation that soon my item will be packaged and shipped. Apparently the shoes I purchased were out of stock and their partner didn't update the website. However, they withdraw my money from my bank account within few seconds and cancelled the order after 48 hours. They processed the full refund that should be back in my account in 10 business days + 10£ for my next order (LOL). When I ordered the shoes, they withdraw the money immediately, but when they do the refund, it takes longer... 0 customer experience. I will never shop again at Farfetch. Net-a-porter and Mytheresa are better and more customer orientated!

Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
