The communication with the seller was very poor. This was the first time I have ever experienced a seller who indicates that an item has been shipped but is unwilling to provide tracking. The item arrived the day before Vestiaire would have canceled and I missed giving the item on my daughter's birthday. Hopefully this was isolated.

The item arrived late and didn't fit, I had to relist the item as a return wasn't an option, I have now had to drop the price to half of what I paid for it, won't be purchasing from this site again, unless I have seen an item and know the exact size.

It doesn't make sense that people are allowed to send offers but then not make the purchase. If someone sends an offer and I accept it, it should automatically start a sale. Why are people allowed to send offers but then not follow through with the purchase once their offer is accepted haha? No other site does that.

I purchased a pair of shoes on Vestiaire in December which were supposed to be Alexander McQueen. I didn't wear them straight away, and only wore them in February. After just one wear both soles have completely shredded. I assume they must have been broken when I received the shoes but I had not spotted it and it was not indicated in the listing that there was any issue.
There is nowhere on Vestiaire to report these problems or to give the seller feedback / review. So Ive spent money on a faulty item which I cannot return, and I cannot even notify Vestiarire of the problem while the seller (RANRAN) goes completely unaccountable.

Your help team were fantastic in every aspect of help they were instant in there response and put forward a program of instructions to follow. The fine print of only being able to return to professional sellers is not readily available. And even once you know it, there's no way to only filter to professional sellers. If I could identify the professional sellers I would buy so much more from Vestiaire but it's difficult to make a financial commitment of the amount I would want to buy high end designers while not easily being able to identify what could be returned if it doesn't fit.

Purchased a bag which was significantly different to how it was described with major damage. Told the seller I was overseas and asked to delay shipping but they refused. By the time I got back and reported the issue to vestaire, they said I was out of time to lodge a dispute even though I wasn't even in the country to receive the item. Worst experience ever. I am currently disputing this purchase with my credit card company.

Regarding shipping postponements, for orders with "Authenticated Shipping," we can sometimes coordinate with our logistics team to hold a package if you contact us during inspection. However, once the item is cleared and dispatched, the process becomes automated.
Please understand that sellers do not have the option to extend it. A two-week delay would have resulted in an automatic cancellation of the sale and could negatively impact the seller's status, which is why it was sent as scheduled.

Absolute most atrocious smelling perfume emanating from this jacket, which cannot be washed because it's fur. If you're selling second hand, it's common courtesy not to sell items that have been drenched in perfume (in case you didn't know, not everyone likes the same smells as you or wants to smell like it anytime they wear the coat they spent 300$ on). If you have a strong perfume on the article you're selling, at least put that in the description. It's just rude.
