The shoes arrived in a reasonable timeframe and they were exactly as the listing described – but they broke apart after ten days.
Found the boots I was searching for. Great price. Very upfront shipping and duties payments. No surprises! Boots shipped very quickly from England to the US and they came in great condition. I do wish they had been in a dust bag as they are suede and were rubbing on the shipping box a bit.

Not as " new unworn with tag " condition I expected. No tag. Only a plastic loop but no tag. New to that seller ( like resell after bought in vc?) but may not be totally brand new with tag. Belt was a bit scruffed and used and it has animal hair on. But it's a quick delivery. The condition should be termed as very good condition at best.
The credibility being checked by VC is not satisfactory. The stuff I'm trying to sell is really new with tag ( not plastic loop only) and only tried at home. And I haven't sold successfully in vc.

Extremely slow onboarding, inconsistent messaging from staff, useless customer support when my items took 5 weeks to be listed, low pricing, huge consignment cuts taken by VC. Save your items and use another platform. VC was garbage in my experience.

When the items were relisted because that was the only way to get a refund, I was asked to lower my price a week after they were posted. Why? I bought them for the prices these were re-listed at.
The platform is relatively easy to use, however it only allows price adjustments for price reductions, which could be inconvenient if wanting to make upwards adjustments (unless taking whole selling post down and start again from scratch).

The seller was nice to work with but wasn't completely honest. I had asked if the face of threat h had scratches and she denied it. When I received it there were clearly two areas that were scratched. I was extremely annoyed by this but h th deliver came fast and I was appreciative of the responses from her and the fact that I was able to bid on the product.

From start to finish the whole process was easy. After the seller accepted my offer, I paid. From that point on the seller shipped the item to be authenticated. After the item passed inspection, it was sent to me. The whole process took less than 2 weeks. I was super happy I did not have to deal with fees/duties since they were collected ahead of time.

Answer: There are a lot of honest sellers and buyers there (I consider myself one of them) but if anything goes wrong, Vestiaire will do nothing to help, they will spam you with auto replies
