They are selling very cheap quality stuffs. I bought my sister a pulse for $1,450. She wore it only 2 or 3 times and then the polish on the lock came off really bad. She was so upset. My wife has some MK purses cost only $200-$300 but the materials last forever. WON'T order anything again here.

The sizes conversion table provided by the site is wrong, resulting in having to return the article which I had ordered with premium price express delivery for a birthday. I am afraid not a good experience. Here's the picture of the table and the real sizes on the box. Size 11 US is a 45 not a 44 as indicated on the table provided at purchase time.

Hello, I ordered from Czech Republic 3 things, price: 3514. 45: wallet, shoes and bag. The wallet and shoes came without problems in good stuff, but the bag for the delivery history was in Prague, but for some reason it was sent back, and didn't deliver to the my address, I waited bag 5 days. The support service (Ana C. And Magda R.) told me that the payment failed and the bag was returned, but how can payment not be paid if the purchase was paid by one card, and two things have come, and the third is not. Then they said from the support service that the payment will be returned to the card, although there was an opportunity to return it to the credits of Farfatech and I can buy again without problem with card. First they must ask how it will be more comfortable for me to send them to the card or credit them. I'm a buyer and I'm right. People's re working in a similar company should sell and help, and not be pofigistic. Negligent attitude, spoiled the mood, I say white, the support service says black, I will never use this service again, because with this bag I had to go on the friends wedding, and and now it's spoiled, it's better to order directly from original boutique.

I spent over $1,000 on an outfit and the next day they cancelled my order unexpectedly. I called and asked why and they said some card info was incorrect so it didnt go through. This was funny because I got confirmation for the order as soon as I purchased but i took this answer. However It was a huge inconvience because i now had to wait 10 days for my money and i had no outfit for my event that weekend. The next day i recieved shoes though?! So my money was good enough for $300 shoes but not my $800 jeans? Hm So how was i able to get anything sent to my house from this company if my card info was incorrect? I called back and was hung up on by their financial department within asking my first question after her initial explanation. I will not be spending a penny more with far fetched.
Received my item and it's totally wrong from what I ordered. Called up your customer service number and they couldn't help me!

Fast and efficient! It is refreshing to find a site that delivers products in such a timely manner, and unlike other reviews, my product came in perfect condition. So pleased and would order from Farefetch again!
I thought it was perfectly safe to shop from Farfetch, so I went on and did my first purchase whith them a week ago. After one week, the status was still "reviewing order". I started reading reviews online, and realized this is happening a lot. I contacted customer service, where the representative said he would check on it and "personally com back to me with info". I never heard anything, but could see from the app that the order was canceled. I got the money refunded, but ended with a 20 loss due to currency fluctuations (I used a non-euro debit card, because why would I even dream of returning this perfect bag now that I finally located it online?).
I understand that this issue is not due to Farfetch, as they use subsupplers, but they need to seriously scrutinize their suppliers, many of whom use Farfetch due to lacking capacity to smoothly run an online retail service. Not surprising then that stock info is not up to date.
The fact that I got a quick reply to my inquiry and that my money were rapidly returned, I give them a 2 instead of 1, but I will never shop with Farfetch again.
I have bought a silver pouch of Heron Preston from farfetch. Every parts of the services and the product are really awesome and I'm using it everyday.
Ordered a printed blouse from Chloë, 100% fit, very fast delivery from the US to Belgium (one workday), this was my second order and there is another one on the way.

After experiencing a few online shopping sites. I've come to the point that yours is one of the best!
Bought a pair of shoes shipped from Europe. The shoes were displayed items since the right shoe was obviously looser than the left shoe. I paid over hundred dollars on the shoes with us$25 on shipping. Was very disappointed about the purchase. I would not recommend buying from them since all merchandises are shipped from third parties retailers. Farfetch would never be able to exam the quality of the merchandise.

Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
