For Farfetch all the best, From Italy to Belgrade 3 days for 0 euros (promo code).
After that breakup. From Belgrade to Despotovo 9 days, 3 employees and all of this naturally cost 27.5 euros (I do not count on customs duties and taxes, they are obligatory)
In Serbia DHL, it's better not to have it.

I purchased a bag for over $1200 AUD. Received it really fast but was missing a strap (the bag is meant to come with two detachable straps as standard). I contacted Farfetch via email (no response) I ended up calling them. They apologised and then told me they would get in contact with the supplier for them to send out the missing strap. They then contacted me again to let me know the supplier does not 'have that strap anymore' so we can't offer it to you. They told me the best they can do is a partial refund. I informed them I want the strap as this is what I have paid for. They informed me there is not much more they can do and kept saying sorry and that was it. They are not going to source another strap for me. The refund they are currently offering me does not cover the cost of the strap to purchase separately if I was to source it myself.
Not helpful at all, no consideration for their customers especially when we are spending a lot of money with the company. Second time I have ordered from them and it has been wrong/incomplete. Their customer service team does not care and when the case is escalated to management they do not do anything.

My wallet comes without a box. And it is bent, and wrinkle. The tag is sticky, and torned. Therefore, very bad experience. I wanted to returned it. The policy said it has to be unworn and undamaged, but it comes worn and damage so I don't know what to do next. Also, this delayed my schedule. It is supposed to be a surprised gift for my boyfriend.

Absolute joke of a service, didnt get my order or a refund. $#*!ing pissed please save your money. No apology, no nothing. Customer service said the same bull$#*! over and over again. No help whats so ever. Place needs to be shut down. I will never ever shop here again and on all my social media accounts i will be telling people the same thing

Horrible customer service

I ordered a $900 bag as a graduation gift, but due to the couriers negligence someone STOLE IT. Firstly, Farfetch did not even contact me to say my package arrived. Secondly, DHL did not even ring my doorbell to alert me to pick up my parcel. Thirdly, the delivery man just left my parcel in the apartment lobby near the mailboxes. I contacted them for a solution and after weeks of waiting, they just tell me to contact the local police as it's not their fault because they delivered it. They stated that they would not be held accountable for the loss because they delivered it and are not responsible for what happens to it after delivery. I am so disappointed as this was my first time shopping there. Now I've lost $900 and someone is walking around with a bag I paid for. Farfetch AND DHL will not help me come up with a solution.

This site is my go-to destination for designer shopping. Why?
The products have consistently been authentic (unlike Amazon)
The products are pristine (not damaged or clearly used returns such as with Gilt)
The availability claimed is authentic (unlike the bait and switch tactics of the Outnet which frequently does not have advertised items in stock)
The selection is massive (unlike Moda Operandi)
The sales and specials are authentic (not a tease with worthwhile products excluded as in Gilt and the Outnet)
Far better website than department stores such as Neiman Marcus (Far more streamlined categorization of products, accurate descriptions, excellent pictures, clarity, simple to use)

Stuckin customs in Italy

The bag had been stuck in Italy for 5 days and no one of you noticed, until I told your customer services. I was told by DHL that the sender side had ignored the declaration form sent by DHL, and that's the only reason of the delay. I can't imagine if other customers would face the same tragedy as mine.

Excellent selection of merchandise. Excellent graphics on the website make it easy and accurate to determine your size. Great prices with many choices. Customer service is excellent. No glad handling here! Easy returns with fast crediting to your account. Delivery time is exceptional. Packages usually arrive within 3 days from most European boutiques. Selections come gift wrapped, not tossed in a box with tissue paper.
