Shoes were not the same size, one was a uk 9.5, one was a uk 10. My feet are the same size. This is very annoying, I don't really have time to deal with all the shipping back and forth.

I bought a Bottega wallet at $920, suddenly after I received my order, the price changed to $749. Why? I love Farfetch so much and I've introduced it to a lot of friends and family, most of them now are addicted to Farfetch, this type of changing is unfair and not good for your reputation.

I've order a pair of shoes on Farfetch and I received the wrong pair. Even so, there's no customer service representative to speak to. I'm not sure what's going on. I only received an email asking me to return the pair that I have, and then what's gonna happen? I don't even know will I receive the pair I order, so ridiculous.

Delivery is fast comparing with other online websites. Package box is cute and can be reused. I would purchase again.

I ordered a Supreme Hoodie from Farfetch. I paid 300 dollars! The box came within a week and it was nothing but paper inside. I was told I will not get a refund or the hoodie I ordered because the box had been opened! How else was I going to know that it was filled with computer paper if I didnt open it? Complete SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I wish I could give 0 star. I bought a Prada scarf as my sister's wedding present. But Farfetch sent me an empty box. I contacted their customer service, and the whole investigation took more than a month, and ended up with doing nothing to my lost. I was a big fan of Farfetch, but now I am so disappointed with it. There are many other choices of European e-commerce, and I will never buy at Farfetch again in my life.
