Of course it's insanely expensive but every aspect of the service is close to excellent. Choose carefully, spend wisely and remember they have a fast turnaround on returns.
I got extra boardercost and the customerservice is not able to solve this issu! Never again watch out worst customer service ever
Just received my husband's Christmas gift the day before Christmas. It was supposed to be delivered on the 20th. The sweater was supposed to be size 4, the item I received was size 2. One day before Christmas and I don't have a Christmas gift for my husband.
Item came in v good packaging and packed nicely inside. Fast delivery too. Definitely will choose to purchase from Farfetch again.
I ordered a Christmas package on Farfetch that was supposed to arrive by 12/16. It didn't arrive in time. I called Farfetch a few times and was told it should arrive before I left for holidays. I left the country on 12/19 it still didn't arrive. I called Farfetch a few times to ask that the package be delivered to a Fedex location for me to pick up. They were not helpful and said they couldn't do that. FedEx dropped off my package to the WRONG unit while I was on holiday and some random person signed for it. Now I have to file a lost package claim, and wait 2 weeks to MAYBE get $380 for something I didn't even get. I'm also without a Christmas gift... thanks a lot!

The eytys jeans which i received today was obviously USED by another customer before they decide to return it to you torn & damaged. It is your responsibility to check returned items are free of any damages. I already sent you an email about this which included pictures and i'm waiting for your reply. My other orders from farfetch were absolutely fine. This rating is only for my last order. I am disappointed. How am I supposed to trust your website again if you are ok with sending used items to your customers?
Disappointing. Feeling bad when receive the product. I wanna refund. Please refeund for me for this item. This item is expensive but not worth
Ordered was stuck as "under review" for more than a week contacted customer service and received a canned response detailing 48 hour wait for shipping despite more time having passed. Had to call customer service to issue a refund, customer service representative was apparently unable to tell me if the item was actually in stock nor could he simply contact the store.
Huge waste of time and needless to say I will not shop with Farfetch again. Mr Porter, LN-CC, Net-a-Porter and purchasing directly from the brand in question itself (Rick Owens) all offer a far superior experience to Farfetch. Avoid at all costs!
Very nice soft, green peace of clothing. Satisfied with the quality. Fast delivery. Delivery service messed up at first, but next day i eventually received my package. Overall satisfied. Farfetch should make sure that deliveries are actually delivered by the courier to the addressee, not just unloaded somewhere.
I made my order from Baku, Azerbaijan. Shipping was too fast. Placed my order on 4th of December, received it on 11th. Item that I ordered was the same as on photo. I'm satisfied with my order :)

Ordered an item on their site on the 3rd December 2019. Immediately received notifications regarding acceptance of order. The item was to be shipped from Italy. It was delivered to my Australian address on the Sunday 8th December 2019. Excellent service considering this is the Christmas period.
Received wrong size of shoes for my wedding! Very frustrating and am hoping they will fix this quickly.
Very poor customer service. The retailer is good at taking the money but cannot deliver the items. Refund pending without any further confirmation. Avoid at all costs.
I purchased a few pieces at Farfetch during my Thanksgiving vacation and when I arrive home I received it already! Great quality and nice wrapping. So wonderful! Love to purchase at Farfetch. :)
The reason i gave 2 starts because the shipping is fast but the package is not ok. I bought a dolce gabbana bag and it only come with a box, no dust bag for luxury bag? No farfetch tag for refund? No authentication card but whole bunch of intruction cards were placed randomly.
I have NEVER had a worse experience with an online website. I wouldn't even rate it a 1. Sent me the wrong shoes twice and charged 500 twice. F*CK FARFETCH. I AM FURIOUS.
The saudi number is out of service & the items I received today are big & I don't know how to return them
