I was planning my visit to Stockholm for a long time, but was unable to make any progress as I wasnt getting the best flight deal. My friend recommended me this website and I checked out the flight deals and selected cheap flight tickets for myself. The discount was good and it helped me travel within my budget.
I bought my girlfriend a ticket to NY for her birthday and it was all confirmed and looking good. She arrived at the airport to check in and found no record of the reservation. We found in our spam an email from FareGeek sent on the day of travel to say the reservation had been cancelled... by them... with no reason or explanation. I waited to there phone message for 1 hour before giving up. I had to buy a new ticket at the airport for double the fare. I am furious.

Bought a ticket with them Toronto to Amsterdam, with a return ticket via Paris. I found a ticket on FareGreek for a flight with Lufthansa, that this flight is not available on Lufthansa website! I'm full of doubt if I should book it or not?! How can be possible that they offer a flight that the return flight is no longer available on official Lufthansa website?

FareGeek did not process my credit. Then when I called customer service, the agent repeatedly tried to find reasons why he couldn't help me. Finally, when he tried to book my flight for me and I asked him why I couldn't find a flight online and use a code to apply the credit, he began to shout at me. I am now waiting for a callback since I requested a supervisor and he failed to put one on. What kind of company is this? Search online for reviews and you'll find countless reasons not to use their services.

I made the worst travel experience with this company. I bought a montreal-istanbul round trip ticket. I do not know how their site has managed to make disappear my return booking. I made several complaints and nothing has changed. I was forced to buy a new ticket for the return. So I paid almost 2 times my ticket. I call it a breach of trust.

Dear Sophia, please be advised that we have investigated the case and has crosschecked with our IT team too. There was no bug reported nor we see any error on your reservation. It was a one way reservation booked perhaps could be cancelled on the same day with full refund, in case it was reported after receiving the confirmation email. We were informed after 1 week on incorrect reservation booked on the website and while it’s a solely Passenger’s responsibility to cross check everything while booking reservation online.
We have initiated a conversation already with your son and are trying to look for options available to give a you return ticket. We would certainly try to fit you in the itinerary with the cheapest options.
