This company automatically signs you up to be a member costing you 44 quid a month which they trick you into by using a countdown. Timer and making you uncheck a box to say you dont want to. Also the quality is terrible and the leggings felt like I was wearing stiff heans and kept falling. Down. The patterns stretch and distort once you put them on making them look weird. Very uncomfortable to wear. Have never worn them. Since.

They refuse a discount and refund for the stolen money. Palm you off when you ask. Avoid like plague!

Absolute Fraud
March 20, 2017

I was unknowingly signed up to the 'vip system' which was not clear in THE SLIGHTEST and have been scammed out of nearly £100! Absolute scam! Never shopping from this website again. Such a shame, absolute bollocks.

Ripped off and robbed of money, automatically credited monthly on their account from mine, after having pressed "accept" instead of "skip" by an unclear VIP membership button.
As if this was not enough, one I made a purchase to claim my £88 credit, it turned out that my credit could not be applied to what I wanted to buy!
So, I was made to spend more money with a trick and I still have a £88 credit! Why is this even legal?
Furious!

Misleading con
October 6, 2016

I purchased gym clothes at the offer of £28 but sadly was conned massively and I unknowingly became a " member " which gave them apparently a free reign to access my account and take out £ 44 a month! No better than common theives. Money I can ill afford and had to borrow money to pay a bill, due to them taking this money out of my account! Better still I tried to call them ( no answer) and I tried to cancel my illegal membership online by trying to click on the link ( guess what) it won't allow you to click on it! It's such a scam and ms Hudson should be ashamed of her self DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! You have been warned. So I wonder how long it takes me to try and get my money back!

Stay away from this company, they rip you off by not making it clear that you sign up to a rip-off monthly fee of £44. My18yr old daughter purchased a pair of leggins which were in the sale at £14.95 and once paid on checkout she waited for delivery. They arrived but a few weeks later this company withdrew another £44 from her account, she rang them to ask why and they told her its a monthly, she stated that she never signed up to and would never sign up to a monthly fee as she is saving to go travelling and only works 1 day a week due to college so can she have her money back and close her account but they refused a refund and just said nothing they could do. The customer service reilly sucks, they are trained not to care and hold back from any refunds.
PLEASE stay away from this company or you will for go the same experiance, i will now be seeking legal advise via citizen advise bureau

Fabletics misleading advertisement has cost me £44 a month after every 5th. Luckily i caught it after a month but it is VERY MISLEADING, A SCAM and uses FRAUDULENT TACTICS TO LURE CUSTOMERS IN! I have already reviewed this company and advised people to steer clear but I wanted to add something that will illustrate just what this company is like. They say they are going to take £44.00 per month - whether you buy or not - and if you don't buy they hold it in credit for you until you do buy. That, to me, is bad enough, how dare they take your money for nothing. But the worst thing is they say they "send a reminder email" which is supposed to give you time to "opt out" of that months charge - every month. My first (and last) reminder - because I cancelled membership and insisted, and finally, received my money back - was sent to me on the 6th of the month - advising me to opt out on the 5th (a day before!). That just about sums this organisation up!

I bought a top on fabletics for £8 as this was a discount offer. A few months later I looked at my credit card statement and found out I was paying fabletics £44 a month. They had taken £132 altogether. I called fabletics to ask for the money to be refunded as I did not know I was on a direct debit with them. The man told me I cannot have a refund because when I purchased the item with a discount offer, I had automatically signed up as a 'VIP member', but I can use the £132 to spend on fabletics. Eventually the manager agreed to refund my money! What a waste of my time and I didn't even like the top!

When you phone them they will tell you that you can't have a refund as you have bought a fabletics credit! This is apparently a new way to run a website. Never heard anything so crazy in my life. They say they are unable to refund you which is nonsense as they take the payment via Paypal. Stand your ground and ask to speak to a manager and you will get your refund within 24 hours. If you tweet them, they will review the tweet and it is guaranteed that these will not be posted. Kate Hudson should be ashamed!

This web site is a con and anyone who has given them a positive review very obviously works for them! They sign you up to their VIP membership which takes £44 out of your account unless you 'skip' the month. When you go to use the skip button it doesn't work so you pay £44 which is non refundable. Because I complained they have now closed my account and have my £44 credit which I cannot have either refunded or spend. I cannot see how this is legal!

When dealing with their staff they were unhelpful and rude. Kate Hudson should be ashamed to have such a business associated with her.

The outfits themselves are great- I ordered 2 outfits and both were good quality and were delivered quickly.

However, MAKE SURE THAT YOU DO NOT GET VIP. I was very unhappy to find out that the VIP option automatically takes £44 from your bank account especially as I didn't realise that I had signed up for the VIP option- it automatically pops up for you to fill out your information when you make a purchase.

When I saw the money had been taken from my bank account I called (on a paid number) asking to cancel this, but was informed that I could only cancel my membership but then couldn't use the £44 until I re-instated the membership. I also was told I was not able to get a refund as it is in the terms on conditions that money will be taken automatically, however this is NOT CLEAR.

I will certainly not be using this company again due the lack of communication and lack of refund. It is such a shame because the sportswear itself is great and if it wasn't for this issue with money been taken automatically I would have bought further items.
