If i could give 0 then i would. Firstly the quality is naff, leggings will split at the seams or the colour fades horribly after one wash and the sizes are all tiny girl sizes so good luck finding anything. And it signs you up to a vip membership without asking or telling you and tries to charge you £44 a month. Ive tried to ring and cancel 4 times. Theyve had £130 off me and all ive got to show is some crappy leggings made out of the thinnest material known to man. I heard nothing after 6 months ago so i thought i was out of it. Nope! They took another £44 off me, randomly! Its not even on the right daybecause according to the website they take it out on the 6th. I will be phoning my bank and i will be getting my money back via the direct debit protection scheme. I recommend others do this, the banks will soon get pissed off
This company is scamming people all over the world! At one time I had two accounts because I moved countries and they charged me VIP membership for both.
Just be careful - they literally have no respect for any customers. I cancelled the debit from my bank when I realised they were stealing from me and they gave it as a debt to a debt collection agency!
I convince everyone I can to buy from anywhere but here!
So I have recently experienced some disgusting service from you're company, not only have they taken money, refused to refund me, refused to send me a return label because of a mistake that was made on you're computer system they have just taken a further £44 from my account with out permission and are now ignoring my Facebook messages!
I can't believe you think is ok to treat people this way and think that if you ignore the problem it will just go away!
I have asked over and over for someone to call me and would like to get this resolved but has been going on for over 2 months now.
I am left out of pocket and with items I don't and yet you are doing nothing to resolve this.
The whole company is a scam. They make money by charging people because they don't buy anything from them. To stop the charge you have to buy something from them. Awful awful company. NEVER buy anything from them. If anyone from there is reading this, give me my money back, you scammed me for £400
I can only agree with all comments/reviews, NEVER SHOP HERE!
I have purchased products at their website last month with an offer as I have seen this brand coming up on my Facebook and liked the designs they had.
I had actually NO idea that I was becoming a member and was automatically charged another £44 from my account this month.
I have only discovered this tonight as I was checking my accounts.
I shop often online and such a thing never happened. It is very misleading the way they approach you, the wording in mails and how it is all marketed.
It just seems that you get perks and discounts if you become a member but it is not clear at all that you are on a monthly subscription for anything and that they automatically charge your account. The emails I have received afterwards about a shopping credit of £44 which was waiting for me, seemed like that was just a marketing tool to get customers back to the website and I never knew I have signed up for anything.
This is a scam really. So disappointed and sad that so many people are tricked by them. Wil try tomorrow immediately to cancel, but as I read here you can only do that on the phone...
They assigned me store credits for the membership. When i send them a mail about i dont want the membership please refund me the money they cancelled the membership and the credits at the same time. So they deduct 50 for me and gave nothing in return. Dont trust them.
Was sent the wrong size items 3 times. When the right sizes eventually arrived they were a poor fit and bad quality, but Fabletics refused to refund me as I had already requested an exchange first (because they had sent the wrong size...). On top of this, I was signed up to VIP membership without my consent, meaning I had to log on to the website and choose NOT to be charged £44 every month. I cancelled this membership, only to be billed again the following month. Finally cancelled after ages of trying. Definitely not recommended
Made an account for myself and then an account for my sister, made one purchase on each account and have now had £88 taken from my bank for a membership I didn't ask for or want! They tried telling me it was clearly stated that I'd be paying when I saw nothing of the sort and definitely did not click that I approved these pre payments going out each month! Disgusting! Company won't even give me my money back, point blank refused. Awful customer service! So I'm down £88 for an account I would never want to use again! Think it's disgusting that I can't get the money back!
I made one purchase on their website and when I found out 5 months later that they had automatically added me to their VIP program and were charging me 49 euros per months (!) just because my purchase corresponded to a special promotion they never answered my email. When I called them to get an explanation they pretended I was not using the right email address whereas all their emails were coming from this email address and did not reimburse me even if it was obvious I was not aware of the VIP program and still was charged 299 euros as I did not check their emails to find out about the VIP program by myself. They even ended our phone conversation by hanging up. I have never been so disappointed by a company.
Like other I was automatically signed up for vip
Its good to see I'm not the only person who was automatically signed up for vip membership on my first purchase. I was not aware of this until I get an email saying I'm now being debit £44 for a website I will not be purchasing any further products from. The site did not make clear at the time that you needed to check out as a guest if you did not want monthly direct debits being taken. When I contact fabletics via live chat I just got a load of pre populated statements advising of all the fabulous rewards I will get ignoring the point I wanted to cancel my subscription and get my money back. I now have £44 sitting in an account that will never be used in fear that I will reactivate this stupid auto subscriptions and lose further money. Appalling service! Total scam!
Make sure you fully understand what you are committing too. I bought two pairs of leggings for £24 on a special offer and before I knew it I was a VIP member. I didn't realize that I would be charged £44 for one credit at the start of the next month so within two weeks I payed out £66. You can skip a month and this must be done by the 6th but if you forget to check your emails the money will be taken from your bank or pay pal account. I found this quite stressful as the email sent is not completely obvious and it looks like others that are sent from Fabletics with special offers or general information therefore it can be easily missed. Today I phoned to cancel my membership, any money paid will not be refunded so I thought no problem I will purchase an outfit with my membership credit. The representative tried to persuade not to leave but I refused. After the phone call, I went to order an outfit for £44 as this credit was purchased whilst I was a VIP. I was unable to make the purchase and ordered a pair of leggings at £57 reduced to £44. However I was no longer entitled to any further discounts and £13 was taken from my paypal account. When I attend my local gym wearing these leggings, I will make it known that this company is not value for money. Nobody needs to be charged £44 a month for outfits, customers should be charged less and be able to save up and with loyalty scheme. In the future I will use local shops where I know what I am spending, will never purchase from the company again.
I ordered an outfit on Fabletics thinking this is great £22 isnt bad. Also paid for express delivery at £6.00 and still never received my product until more than a week later. Thats not the worst part! About a month later I got an email from PayPal to say £44 had been taken out of my account from JustFabUK. I pankicked and thought someone had accessed my details only to find they are connected with Fabletics and will be doing this every month, I have tried to speak with Fabletics about both the payment and the non existent express delivery
Look at all the reviews. Kate Hudsen should take her name away from this scamming company. Shame on all of you for ripping off so many customers.
Came across the 2 for £24 leggings deal but had was NOT made clear I was signing up to a £44 a month membership deal. Everything in small writing and does not draw the customer to the full details. Promotional emails saying I was "in credit" get sent to promotional folder in email which I don't check.
Extremely disappointed this practice happens in this day and age. Never buying from them again and won't be recommending to anyone.
Purchased some leggings (which I love, even though they took ages to arrive) for £15. Just randomly had £44 debited from my account and have recorded the phone call so if I don't get the refund then I will be livid. This company is the biggest scam operating in plain sight - I never signed anything that would have agreed to the £44 'membership' payment yet they have taken it anyway.
Ordered some pairs of leggings for Christmas for my daughter. £72.00 Just found out they have been taking £44.00 out of my account for the last 5 months. How can they do this. Bank has hopefully sorted it. Please, please do not use them. Watch Dog needs to be made aware.
I made a purchase from Fabletics with this deal of two for £24, I had no idea I that just by putting in my details to make the purchase I had unknowingly signed up to a VIP membership that would charge me over £40 a MONTH! They do not make this clear, it is purposely deceptive, and the leggings are not work the original price of over £60. Its extortion. And the concept of paying monthly to buy clothes at a discount makes no sense as you would be paying the full cost once you add the cost of the subscription on top of what you paid for your clothing anyway? I mean really how much work out gear are you really going to buy? Avoid avoid avoid.
Ordered leggings for daughter, little knowing that makes me a VIP member, what crap!
Then get email on 11th of month saying skip by 5th HOW?
£44 taken out of my account without permission.
Kate Hudson should be ashamed to associate herself with such a CON!
Their false advertising scam which stole £88 out of my 17 year old daughters bank account over 2 months is disgusting! Dont be fooled into investing into this website, they trick you into becoming a vip member and singing your money away without you even realising
I ordered leggings and they fell apart after only wearing them twice. Seam fell apart on the hip.
Then you are roped into a monthly subscription that is very difficult to cancel.
Don't bother with this.
