Canceled my VIP subscription along with the order almost immediately after the order. No response regarding the order, today - 2 days later, they have dispatched my order. Now I am not even sure if my VIP membership was canceled.
Absolutely disgusted that I signed up for a VIP membership to buy an outfit at which point there was NOTHING to make clear to me that i'd be paying £45 a month if i did not 'skip' clothes suggestions sent to me via emails. Such a deceiving and EVIL company! It is not clear at all, they must have scammed so many people! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE i have 5 children to care for, cannot afford to spent £45 a month on 'not skipping emails'.
Awful service from fabletics, I ordered 4 items and had enough member credits to pay for the lot! They took the member credits and charged my PayPal account! I'm still waiting 4 months on for my £88.00 refund they have promised a refund but it just hasn't happened.
I cannot afford to pay £44 per month for this and I stupidly did not realise what I was signing up for in the first place as they do not make it even slightly clear. I am struggling to pay my rent at the moment and this has created an incredible amount of stress for me.
It is appalling that the only way you can cancel membership is by phoning up the company. I am self-employed and work very long hours during the week and can therefore only call at weekends. I have now tried phoning up three times at weekends and can never get through. Nor can I ever get through to anyone on their 'chat' service.
I cannot believe it is legal for a company to take money directly from your bank account without a direct debit or a standing order. Surely consumer rights state that we should be able to manage all payments through our banking service.
Eventually, I had to cancel the payments through my bank who I know I can always contact via email or phone at any time.

I went on this website 5 months ago and bought 2 pairs of Leggings. I wanted these leggings because I was about to go into hospital and have spinal surgery and wanted some active wear for when I started Physio therapy.
5 months later I log into my online banking to discover I had £44 come out in January, I call the fabletics team and they tell me Im a vip member so £44 came out for the membership. If I wanted the money back I had to buy £44 worth of stuff from there store. I did so even tho I was very angry. I told them to cancel my membership.
What they didnt tell me was I was actually charged £44 every month! That £176! Due to my spinal surgery I havent been earning money and to have nearly £200 taken out of my account without me knowing is outrageous! That could have paid for the most part of my rent for the month! I think its despicable! I called them back up and after waiting over 20mins someone picks up, and said the exact same thing, I need to spend £132 of the leftover membership on there stupid workout gear to get my £132 worth of my money back! On things I dont even need! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE SLY AND MONEY GRABBING! I will NEVER use this website again, its absolutely criminal! And for demi Lavato and Kate Hudson to promote this company is appalling. This place needs to be shut down!
I bought two pairs of leggings on May and then went on to find out that Fabletics charges $50 a month. Noone is answering the phone. I found out something about a membership that even on my acount i cannot find anywhere that I am charged.
Disgusting company!, my first ever review but have to as this company is the worst. You think because it's front line celeb is Kate Hudson it's a legitimate company but in fact it's nothing of the sort. I have just noticed after my first order October fabletics have been taking £44 a month from my pay pay designated credit card. Paypal they get hundreds of calls of complaints as payment is taken under a different company name which you have never ordered from "Justfab UK Ltd". I rang fabletics and they said when you sign up you agree to become aVIP member and it's clearly shown. NOT TRUE you tick a box to the terms and conditions. But that is usual when you create any account. Unless you click on to small print there is nothing to suggest you are going to pay a monthly membership of £44 a month. You can only cancel the membership with a phone call and not an email. Kate Hudson should be ashamed to put her name to this company. I will now be contacting WATCHDOG an advise every one who feels duped by this company to do the same.
I have no idea if it is good quality, as it is a Christmas present that hasn't been opened yet... but I was so upset to learn that they had charged my visa automatically! That definitely wasn't very clearly stated initially. Customer service has assured me that the fee has been cancelled and refunded. It better be! NEVER AGAIN AND DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
I am so upset right now. When I ordered some items recently I didnt realise I was signing up to a subscription so was shocked when I got an email from PayPal saying Fabletics had taken a £44 Pre-approved Payment. I have tried calling Fabletics, contacting PayPal and emailing Fabletics but no response. I have 3 young children and with xmas around the corner I cannot afford to be down £44. Im kicking myself but it was not clear to me what I was signing up for. Whatever you do do not be fooled by this great deal. I just want my money back, I dont want to order more items.
Bought 2 pairs of leggings in the black Fridatpy sale. Reasonable price at £27.95 for both pairs. Leggings arrived in good time and seem of good quality. One week later £44 is taken out of my account. I rang up to be told I was now a VIP member and that £44 would be taken out each month. What a con! I do not remember reading anywhere about that happening, asked her to cancel my account and she said she couldn't do it as today is the 7th and they can only cancel account between the 1st and 5th of each month. Joker. Eventually she agreed to cancel the membership and told me I have a £44 credit on my account. I'd rather forgo the £44 than use this $#*!ty company again.

I bought clothes of this website (quality awful) although I can get over that. On the other hand, I am disgusted and disappointed that I have been charged £88 these past two months unknowingly. I want my money back and for this fake subscription to end! Not happy.
You phone to cancel subscription and they are very reluctant to do it. I had 3 member credits sitting in my account totally £132 so asked for a refund and cancellation. Apparently they cant do both. If I receive a refund I cant cancel my subscription on same day. After a long and lengthy telephone conversation I requested my refund first. This was supposed to be back into my account latest 5 business days. This was 3 weeks ago and Im still waiting for it to be transferred back into my account. I called several days ago and spoke to another advisor. She said oh yes I can see the request but it was requested for 5 days after the call so you should receive £88 tomorrow and the rest in 15 days time?!? WTF?!. I am still waiting for refund and cant cancel my subscription still... please dont deal with this company they are fraudulent
I made a purchase six months ago, failing to notice that it was in fact well disguised subscription service. I failed to realise that they have taken six payments of £44 from my PayPal account, money that I simply can't afford to give away for no goods or service in return. I'll now try to claim my money back, but this company really need to examine their unethical practices.
Does not state clearly enough that you automatically sign up to their VIP membership. I called up and requested a full refund for the first month that they charged me for and requested they cancel my membership which I was assured they would. Two months later, they charged me another £88. I called up AGAIN and was told that in fact my membership had not been cancelled and was made to feel like this was an error on my part. SHOCKING customer service and EXTREMELY misleading.

I ordered 2 pairs of running leggings from this site, as it was offering a discount for VIP users. Little did I know they would from then be taking £44 pounds form my account every month. This is a disgrace, I will not be shopping from here again.
I don't like to post negative reviews, but has been impossible to get through to anyone in customer services at Fabletics. Have called several times and been on hold for over ten minutes each time (even when it says 'approximate 4 minute waiting time) never get through to anyone. Call gets cut off or I hang up. Have tried to communicate via online chat - never gets responded to. Even when it says 'connected' but no comments come back (& then had an email for me to review my chat?). I thought I was making a one off purchase and was quite careful not to tick the VIP subscription box, but somehow I am still signed up and they have taken 2 months payment. Not sure how to cancel if we cannot do it via email, no-one answers phone or online chat! Expect a full refund. Feel duped!
I have ordered an outfit for 27 pounds almost 2 months ago, and for three times in a row, they never found my address whereas they have "confirmed it" many times. It doesn't come from MyHermes, but from Fabletics who doesn't do their job, and let you think everything is fine. This is so unprofessional.
Never EVER buy anything from fabletics! I decided to buy an outfit back in May; it was half price at £22. I then realised they were charging me £44 a month for a VIP membership which I would never have knowingly agreed to. I called up to cancel, as you cant cancel online, and was told the payments had been stopped. Ive only just realised that they meant for the month. I have been charged a further £220. So I called up to cancel again and the same thing happens. The lady tried to cancel it for the month and offered a 20% discount. When I told her I wanted to cancel my payments completely, so that I didnt pay the £44 a month charge ever again... she said that she didnt understand and would cancel it until December!
I am deeply distressed following my experience with Fabletics. Having not given thought to the company, I logged into my account a year after my first purchase to see that I have been charged 750 pounds over the past 17 months for a VIP membership I apparently signed up to on my purchase (this was not made clear at all). When I called to ask for a refund, I was advised that I could only be refunded for 12 months. I appreciated this and the customer service agent I spoke to on the phone seemed to understand my plight but maintained that this was all they could do. I now have 220 pounds credit to spend, which I do not need. I cannot fathom the idea that a company who has had so many terrible reviews and had many people be continually disappointed can continue to exist; it is as if they make money from peoples' misery.
I am a student and recently bought myself two sets of workout gear for my course at college. Little did I know that two weeks later nearly £50 was taken out of my bank leaving me with NOTHING. No money for food... I was told on live chat that the problem would be resolved, my membership cancelled and my money returned. They said after 4 days the money would have cleared and would be in my bank. I never received this money. I'm still £44 short. Such a shame as the products are ok.
