I signed up for Fabletics, looking to order something every month to avoid the monthly charge (which is a load of bs btw, who the hell else does that?). I ordered a set of leggings, some tops, a cap and a jacket. All the material is garbage quality, the cap fits nothing like it looked on the model (Ugly as heck, I threw it in the bin immediately after trying it on) and stitching in the crotch of the leggings came undone after 2 washes and 3 wares! I really loved the burgundy leggings but I'll never go back to Fabletics. Fabletics replied to one of my positive comments about how I loved the leggings after first trying them on but when I emailed customer service to tell them about my problem with the stitching, they never bothered to respond. Please, if your reading this DONT get sucked in, it is such a waste of money. Don't believe any Youtubers who do a "Monthly Fabletics haul", they are sponsored even if they deny it (I know this for a fact but I won't expose who told me that). WTF Fabletics. I have $8 leggings from Kmart and have been wearing them for the last year without any issues so whats up Fabletics, you cant even make a decent pair of stretchy pants for $40? You suck!

I saw fabletics advertised on FB and liked the look of the clothes and so ordered two pairs of discount leggings. When they arrived I was really pleased with the quality but then realised that I'd been signed up to the VIP club which I hadn't realised I'd actually agreed to! Ok so I read the T&C about having to skip a month before the 5th day of that particular month or get billed for £44.00! And thought this won't work for me... I have a hectic lifestyle and am not always up to date with my emails. I kept it for another month and ordered two tops, again brilliant quality, what I don't understand is the harsh agreement policy of taking large amounts of cash from your account unless you have time on your hands to cancel it each month in the small window of opportunity... I have therefore today cancelled my VIP membership now I own a couple of outfits, as let's face it, how many work out clothes do you actually need? I feel the company has made a real mistake in doing this as I would have remained a customer and carried on using their site as and when I needed to... I hate feeling tied down to any agreement and hate to feel like I'm being ripped off... a shame as the products themselves are without a doubt exceptional quality... I shall be looking elsewhere however in the future for further purchases... what a shame...

I wish I would of read the reviews before giving them my cc info... a week later and they were still preparing to ship my order? That's a f*cking joke and customer service from Priscilla hardly made me feel secure. Id rather spend 500 dollars at $#*!s sporting good then waste my time and money for a business that is poorly ran. They need to give up already..

Extremely misleading that you are entering into a contract by making a single purchase at 'VIP' price. There are initially 3 prices: intro offer (cheapest), VIP and then full price. However when taken to checkout they opt you in to be a VIP member therefore getting you into a contract of £44 a month!

When I realised I googled and can see they have already been taken to court on their misleading advertising and I called up and after much hassle, speaking to 3 different people I got authorised a refund.

Wasted so much of my time and so angry about the whole process, totally felt conned by a million dollar company. I explained if I bought something online from any reputable company they would never to do this and I have never come across such a ploy from such a big company to kscam people out of their money.

I purchased a sports jacket from Fabletics online in January 2017. The website was advertising a one hour limited time 50% off offer and so I purchased the jacket for half the price thinking it was a good deal. Some months later, I noticed that Fabletics had taken £44 from my account. I could not recall purchasing an item from them since January 2017, and so I browsed my bank account and low and behold, Fabletics had taken £44 a month from my account 5 months in a row, totaling £220! When I looked into the matter further I discovered that Fabletics automatically sign you up to a "VIP Membership", and you actively have to opt-out of this, otherwise they charge you £44 each month. I did not knowingly give my authorisation to Fabletics to charge me £44 per month, and as I understand that the practice of automatically charging every month for something I don't want is known as Inertia Selling and is illegal under UK Law. SO how are they getting away with this. From looking online, thousands of people have had the same complaints and Fabletics social media pages are full of complaints from customers and endless apologies from Fabletics and "reassurance" that they are not a scam company. One poor customer had not realised he was being charged monthly until £900 had been taken from his account! I also understand that displaying a limited time 50% off purchases offer is unlawful under The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. It states that it is unlawful to "Falsely state that a product will only be available for a very limited time... in order to elicit an immediate decision and deprive consumers of sufficient opportunity or time to make an informed choice". Therefore I would conclude that this company is "scamming" it's customers. I did not agree with the "subscription" and was mislead due to Fabletics' unlawful practices.

I have since tried to request cancellation of my "subscription" and request a refund, however, the phone number that Fabletics give for you to contact has an extortionate rate and the online chat system never seems to load... I have therefore written a letter to Fabletics requesting the same, and have also had to contact my bank to request they block any future attempts to charge my account. There is also a dispute open to try to get my £220 refunded.

And all this because I bought one half price sports jacket... I am so disappointed with this company and dismayed that they are being allowed to continue to operate in the misleading and unlawful way.

Bought 2 legging with a great deal, a few weeks later got charged for another 50 Euro (basically the discount), when contacted them, they said I am not a f*** VIP member and that's the fee for that (nowhere in their mobile website they mentioned anything about the fee). After arguing, they said all I can do it to purchase the amount of membership fee from their rob-you-on-the-day-light site.

I don't understand how that kind of business is still allowed to perform, I was charged twice of 44£ for 2 months, and when I tried to used my credit I was charged as it doesn't work, I called the customer service (worst ever!) was told that I can't get the money back and I should try again on the website, seriously?

Terrible rip off
June 8, 2017

I ordered and returned some leggings for my daughter who is a gymnastic coach. Today they told me I had somehow without my knowledge entered into a VIP account and took £44 out. For goods I won't be buying! I am escalating this to the highest degree as this is down and out robbery.

It's great
June 2, 2017

I ordered from here over a year ago. I bought some basic black leggings as part as the first order deal which was £24. It gives you the chance to sign up to VIP memebership so you can get discounts with a fee. However you get the opportunity to skip a month so they don't take the fee away, however if you forget to skip a month they will take the fee. But the clothes I got are of great quality, they still look brand new. I recommend this company!

Be careful when ordering under their VIP scheme. They will then continue to take £44 a month from your account and getting your money is not made easy by hard selling sales team.

Would have given 0 stars if I could. Avoid this company at all costs.
I ordered some kit which was fine, what I didn't realise is I had signed up for their VIP service which entitled them to take £44 per month from my credit card.
I can now see the t's and c's in light grey at the bottom of my email confirmation order. To be honest they send you so much email spam you don't even read them, I counted 67 emails in just over 4 months. Ridiculous.
I cancelled my VIP membership today and Fabletics refuse to refund my £176 that has accrued telling me I can use my '4' member credits to buy more kit.
Absolutely disgusted by this, total scam. Do not use this company.

I ordered from fabletics in 2016, not realising I was signing up to their "terms and conditions". I managed to skip payment a couple of times, then being fed up with this process, tried to cancel, that was impossible to do on line. I rang to return an item and cancelled my subscription at the same time. Now months later, i find out they have still been taking the subscrition fee. I rang to ask for a refund, they argued i hadnt cancelled but was willing to give me 4 months subscription back. I accepted this, not knowing how many subscriptions I had actually paid. Then decided to look into this properly, my account amounted to £264! I rang back to ask for the remainder of my money to be told "WE OFFERED YOU 4 MONTHS AND YOU ACCEPTED IT SO WE CAN NOT GIVE YOU YOUR REMAINING MONEY BACK, AS THAT WAS THE OFFER YOU ACCEPTED" I did explain that the lady I had spoken to, did not tell me how much I had in my credit account but none the less, I couldn't have any more of MY money back.

This company is stealing money from people! I would not recommend any one using them. They continued to take money from my account, even after I had rang to cancel. Disgusting, getting rich on other people's hard earned money, by simply taking it from their account without any purchase!

If I could I'd rate them as minus 5 as they have conned me out of £44, claiming I'd agreed to a monthly membership fee. I read the details carefully when I placed my first discounted order and it was not clear anywhere that I would be charged monthly as a so called member.
The customer service rep was insistent that he could only refund my money that was taken from my credit credit with no authorisation nor warning, if I remained a member.
Why would anyone want to be a member of a fitness clothing brand at the cost of £44 a month? £524 a year... thats an insane concept!
I've cancelled this ridiculous membership but they are refusing to give me my money back.
What a scam.

I bought Fabletics outfit because in pictures they look absolutely stunning but in reality the quality is so cheap looking and too small even if one orders a medium. I was unaware that when you order you are automatically a VIP member. I don't remember opting to become one. It was a one time order to check the quality. But yeah, they charge me $49.95 every two months and I read on other reviews (paid reviews I bet) that you can use the savings for ordering more Fabletics outfit but lo and behold when I try to log in to my account, it says the email address cannot be found! I tried to contact Fabletics customer Service (which is the worse by the way since I also work for Customer Service I could tell the worse BS from the good ones) and I only got the automated email and nothing after that! They said it could take five days for resolution but haven't gotten anything from them. It is like they do this on purpose so the complainants will give up and we will just give them our money. Please I beg you women out there. Read reviews first before ordering stuffs online. There are schemers everywhere looking like a legit company.

I got sucked in and ordered few things. I kept some, but returned a pullover 2 months ago. Still chasing my refund, they are saying that they have not received an item even though the collection was arranged by their own courier service! I have wasted so much of my time on this and have not come across a scummy company such as this ever! Kate should be ashamed to put her name to this... Do not use! Save your self time and money and just buy known brands!
