Hidden fees and hidden subscriptions, so complicated and takes forever to cancel, they still charge you after you cancel, avoid it

Do not use this company its a complete scam. Whilst looking at a bank statement I found out that FABLETICS had been taking out £54.99 a month for VIP membership that I have never ever signed up for and ever received anything to let me know that I was signed up for this or any other notifications referring to this company. When I traced it back it goes all the way to April 2021 when they first started taking money out of my account so amounts so over three thousand pounds that I was never aware of. I contacted Fabletics and they just offered me some clothing at a good discount as a member no other explanation what a joke now taking things further, stay well away.

I strongly advise everyone to be very cautious with Fabletics UK. I had already requested to cancel my VIP membership via chat, but on 6 September 2025 I was still charged £49.99. I immediately contacted support by email within the legal 14-day period to request a full refund. Instead of processing it, Fabletics keeps refusing to handle this by email, insisting I must call or use live chat — wasting my time and ignoring my rights. According to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am legally entitled to a refund to my original payment method. Store credit is not an acceptable replacement. This practice feels misleading and unfair, and I will be escalating my case to my bank and UK Trading Standards. Fabletics should stop making it so difficult for customers to cancel and receive refunds.

Warning. My 19 year old daughter who has just started work bought her mum a present from this company. The present arrived on time and all was good. Until the following month a further £54.99 has been taken from her account. The reason for this is in their email, in very small writing they say that if you don't opt out you are actually signing up to a monthly subscription. This company should be closed down for conning people. I will be taking this to the trading standards on Monday unless my daughter received a full refund. I have a call with them in 1 hour.

The membership system is immoral. I signed up many years ago under a false advertising that isn't permissible in UK trading with the "sign up before..." and a countdown etc. I naively made a purchase and somehow found myself tied in to the VIP membership. I appreciate that you are able to skip the month but over the many years the membership has been running, I have obviously forgotten a number of times. I asked to cancel the membership at one point and was told I would lose the credit. I did receive a refund of a number of months credit at one point, but they continuously change the terms of the membership without any agreement. Now suddenly the credits expire after 12 months which basically means they take £54.99 if you don't skip the month and then they keep it if you don't buy something. I've realised since this change I've had 6 credits expire which means that they've taken £330 and "expired" it. I don't understand how this can be allowed. I actually have a medical condition which causes forgetfulness and have requested a refund of the remaining credits because I keep forgetting to skip the month, but you get pushed off with a standard response of 'you can use your credit for outfits'. They have another £250 of my money in "credit" so that's nearly £600 that's in their accounts rather than mine, let alone anything prior to that. I have absolutely no issue with the clothing itself and in fact quite like it, but I cannot warn you enough to stay away from the company due to the VIP membership scam. You will lose money with this business model and you will not get it back. I am currently having to go through citizens advice to try and work out a way to reclaim some of my money that Fabletics refuses to refund.

Echo what everyone else has said. They were taking money out of the account for over.a year without us knowing. Totally misleading and unethical.

They enroll you in a subscription you know nothing about for anything you buy with them. Pathetic!

Im surprised I have been so silly and ordered from their website. They will offer amazing discount for you to place order within 2 hours… than—— 3 weeks and no delivery. I called them 3 times and have been just miss lead and lied to. Honestly there are hundreds of companies that will appreciate my money and certainly amazing quality! Its joke!

I ordered, they came fine. When I returned it I never received a refund or product back. Now I'm loss for money, time and I have no new leggings. Very disappointed. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I got tricked into signing up for their VIP service for one purchase. The clothing I received was a poor quality and they started billing me a ridiculous $59.95 monthly fee. After that. Fortunately I used PayPal for the purchase and was able to cancel the recurring payments but could not contact anyone on Customer Service by phone or chat, and I'm working with my bank to deny payment Please do not buy anything or use this website as it is a scam

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If I could rate this cowboy of a company a minus figure I would! DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE! They sneakily sign you up to a monthly subscription which debits you £54.99 every month, and will NOT cancel the subscription when asked! We've had multiple conversations with them, and been very clear that we did not want a subscription, wanted to cancel the subscription with immediate effect, asked them to remove our personal details and to refund us our money back. Each time they agree to cancel and credit us but they don't do it and continue to debit our account! We have had to put a dispute in with our bank, and had to change our account details in order to stop it! How can this company get away with this? It is FRAUD and breaching GDPR, it is disgusting! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company is a fraud! I bought 2 for £24 leggings in October 2021 but since then they have been charging me £49 every single month. I wasn't aware of it, I only came to know when I saw my PayPal account activity. It is so unpleasant situation for me and am so disappointed. Never ever go on to their website do any shopping, They will add you in a monthly payment. SCAMMERS!

Giving 1, but this site and company deserves to be known as scam. I bought some items last year and their check out system automatically sign you up for a monthly membership, very misleading communication. Items were poor quality and I returned them. When trying to use the "credit", their check out system does not allow to use them, with the outcome that you need to spend more money to use them. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Bought one item as a birthday gift for someone and ended up having over £100 taken out of my account before I noticed what was going on.

Have asked paypal for the money back and FABLETICS LTD are fighting it even though i have received nothing for the money they have taken from me

They have been unknowingly taking £49 a month out of my account for the last 6 months. Be careful! The default sign up option automatically enrolls you into a contract after you have bought something and the tick box is very easily missed

What a load of s**t. So they advertise this big deal of 2 for £24. But the reality is it's just a con for £49 a month badged up as a "great offer". Honestly this is just the shi***st "sports brand" I've ever come across.

My daughter had VIP credits, she spent the credits, then canceled her VIP membership, she did not have enough money on her account to pay the £6.00 additional cost.
Mother used her own debit card to pay the cost.
Despite canceling the membership they have now taken the monthly fee from mother's card.
This is fraudulent and we are appalled at what they have done.
There is no way of getting confirmation that the VIP membership is cancelled as it has to be done on online chat.
AVOID AT ALL COST

This is a scam the product are not even good and they just attract you with discount that are not.
Do not trust this company in any way.
