I got exactly the frame and lens options I wanted for a price that was in line with other online retailers and cheaper than my local optical shop. My glasses took about six weeks to arrive, which was slightly longer than I'm accustomed to from a brick and mortar store, but not so much that I was surprised. My prescription is very high and I also require progressives, so I'm accustomed to a considerable lagtime before my glasses arrive.
Eyeglasses.com is one of the only online glasses retailers that carries my prescription and provided the option for 1.74 high-index lenses -- necessary to avoid the "coke bottle" look in a prescription as high as mine. I was able to utilize a sales and coupon code to bring down the price. The glasses I received have the correct prescription in the correct frame, and I am very happy with them. I am recommending eyeglasses.com to all of my friends with higher prescriptions.
I am updating my review about the company. I received my glasses and very pleased with the product. However, It did take a negative review on Sitejabber to finally receive feedback from Eyeglasses.com in regards to my order.
Potential buyers: Be mindful when ordering from Eyeglasses.com that the customer service is non-existent and shipping does take around 3-4 weeks.

Stay away. Horrible company. I paid for a set of frames, they never shipped them, and wouldn't even respond to inquiries asking for an ETA. I had to go to my credit card company to get my money back.
Horrible customer service! Never answering calls or emails. Took over 2 weeks to complete my order and my glasses came in without AR coating and are horrible quality, I can't see in them at all. Total waste of money. I tried to email and call customer service but never got a response. Avoid this company and order your glasses/lenses elsewhere
It has been two months since I ordered my glasses and I have not receive them yet. On top of that, they dont have anyone you can talk to about your order. Just a recording asking you to email them. This is a sloppy, poorly run business that does not deserve anyone's consideration
Earlier I wrote a review for eyeglasses.com with a 4-star rating and information that it was difficult to get a question answered but once finally I talked with a person that person helped. However, the truth is, I was threatened, told my frames order would be cancelled, if I did not write a good review by Monday (conversation on Friday, told "You have the weekend to get rid of the bad review and write a good one.") I did not know how to get rid of the "bad" one, thought what I had rated and written was directly to the company (I'd even provided my phone number) and didn't know where that review had ended up. I selected Sitejabber because it gave me a place to provide a review of this company, and I gave in to the threat because this was the only place where I could get this frame. I GREATLY appreciate that the company has these frames, and, even with the problems I'd had, if the person calling me had apologized, explained they were busy (understood), and how could she help, I would have ended up happily giving them 5 stars because, ultimately, they would have behaved as a company dedicated to doing right by their customers. But instead, since I was threatened and forced to write a "good" review, I can only write that the frames are exactly what I've sought for a long time, I greatly appreciate that this company carries them, but I can't, in good conscience, leave a review on this site that was coerced without revealing the truth about my first review, important due to the information these reviews provide for future customers
Very easy! I would recommend the ability to sort by eyeglass sizes as I need a pretty high PD.
They replaced the lenses in a pair of my glasses but put the bifocal line too high so it interferes with my distance vision. I have tried to contact the to have the redo this mistake. Tried their online chat, sent an email to customer service, and called multiple times. No one is ever available to speak by phone and I never get a return email. I can't use the glasses they sent and the company won't respond. Non existent customer service.
I thought the eyeglasses.com URL would insure a decent operation, along with the Amazon sign in. Forget it. Had to wait MONTHS for delivery. Then finally sent overnight... which means 4 days. Truly a pathetic place. They also kept an order pending for about three months and then canceled it. Try somewhere else.
I ordered several frames from this company over their website. When they finally arrived, the sizing didn't remotely compare to what I had ordered - very little attention paid to details. Communicating with the company by phone or e-mail is impossible. However, they were very prompt in charging my credit card.
If you wanted to run a small test regarding the veracity of my comments then just try contacting them for yourself using the information listed on their website. I hope you are successful.
I will not be doing further business with Eyeglasses.com.

Service is lacking. I ordered 2 months ago and still no glasses, 3 email inquiries and no response.
My glasses broke few months after purchased, and the warranty they cover is 50% in store credit for another glasses. So finally I had to spend more money in a new pair of glasses and I could only use this money in their website... This together with the terrible experience while buying my glasses makes me recommend NOT to ever buy from here.
I placed an order that was supposed to be in stock 7 days ago and it has not shipped yet and can not get a call back reply to my message or an answer to my email.
When looking on line I see they claim to use all insurance but the reality is they file no insurance you have to file out of network and get screwed on the pay back.
Just don't do it. As other reviewers say - no service whatsoever. If your frames break you're out of luck.
To be honest, I was very wary of using Eyeglasses.com after the 2 star reviews on Google; I wasn't sure if I would receive the same service as I did with my 2020 order. Today, I have received my glasses and I love them; the only process that should be reinstated is using live CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS.
No one wants to leave a message in voicemail box; the consumer is entitled to speak with to a LIVE HUMAN on the phone.
I hope Eyeglasses.com will reconsider the automated system and bring back live customer service.
It was fast and easy to follow instructions to order and so very reasonable.

How do I ship my frames to you?
Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
Answer: They are legit; I've used them several times over the past decade.
Answer: Less than 2 weeks in my experience, which involved sending in my existing Ray Ban frame to have the new prescription lens installed.
