It's hard to find small eyeglasses for women and these are perfect.
I was very happy to have found a specific frame I owned a few years back and couldn't locate anywhere else. The price was about $100 cheaper than another store I was going to purchase from. The customer service was nonexistent. Literally! Was hardly able to get any information from anyone if I could get anyone in the first place. I'd never recommend using eyeglasses.com. The only reason I did was for the frame.

The site is very descriptive about what your options are for lenses, which I appreciate. The only improvement I'd recommend is explaining in more detail how to find your label to ship your frames to them for lens replacement. It wasn't immediately obvious, and other companies I've worked with will actually send you the label directly to your inbox, which is really helpful.
Shipping took longer than I expected, compared to similar online services.
When i first went to the website, there's a message that appears that says 'save 15%', which prompted me to create an account. After I created the account, there's no offer for the 15% off. So it's false advertising.
I received new frames promptly, as in previous purchases. Included in the box with new frames were flyers with 2 glaring errors. 1) A code for FREE lenses for new lens purchasers was "no longer valid." After lengthy conversations online, I was given a 25% discount only. 2) The ADDRESS for mailing frames for new lenses was "Pittsfield, CT *******" when the correct address was "Pittsfield, MA *******." So I'm happy getting frames from eyeglasses.com, but getting lenses was a very unpleasant experience.
Tried to order replacement lenses for glasses that I purchased in May. Tried calling customer service-no response, tried Chat, no response. Very difficult & frustrating process, but I did re order and was pleasantly surprised by the fast mail in service and done free! Thank you!

Good selection, first time buyer good prices however you rejected my credit card and I had to go through Amazon Pay which used the exact same credit card I gave you. This only further delayed me receiving my frames.
