I've already given comments, thanks. I down-rated to 3 stars because of the way your stars are described. There were multiple problems with order delivery, but on the whole I am satisfied that the outcome was acceptable and that Eyeglasses.com put some extra effort into the transaction to smooth things over and make sure delivery was as predicted.

I had never ordered glasses online and was nervous since I have bifocals. I got progressive lenses for the first time in a really cool frame. I am very happy with the product. The progressive took some getting used to, but I'm loving it now.

Great, easy shopping experience

Great, easy shopping experience. I bought frames that I could not find locally, the kind that never hurt my ears. I had my optician install the lenses and got them back the next day. They fit perfectly! A Happy Customer!

I placed an order for eyeglasses. I have waited 3 weeks and still do not have eyeglasses.

I have used the "chat" feature on the website, I would say 4 or 5 times.
I have called the customer service number 5 or 6 times.
I have left messages for the supervisor 2 or 3 times.
I have sent emails directly to the supervisor's email 2 times.

I have received 0 replies.
I have received 0 pairs of eyeglasses.
I was charged for 100% of the order.

Those are the facts. I got a random email on Friday, March 10 that while addressing none of my requests or concerns, stated that my order was shipping that day. It is March 15, and they have not shipped. I even got that from the same person who told me they shipped on the 10th. Again, these are undisputed facts that can be backed up with evidence. Not a complaint.

I tried to cancel via email to customer service. Never received answer. Then I received request for payment information and I called customer service but not available so I left message to call me at 706/342-2760 on 3/10/2017. Never received a return call nor email. I will be returning as this was a replacement frame for a pair I had damaged and my lens company had discontinued. However in the meantime the damaged frames broke so I had to go ahead and replace. Your service was very slow for a frame only that was shown as in stock
