I never received a confirmation email about my order, only the follow-up email after the frames I ordered had arrived.

Easy to find what I needed, new bifocal lenses for my old frames. The process included sending my existing frames to be fitted with the new lenses. A prepaid mailing label was provided for me to download and print.
When I was unable to find my frames, Customer Service was quick and courteous, helping me to add a new frame and confirming the details of the order. Couldn't be happier!

Finally after 21 days I got a response to email & they tried to blame a spam filter for not responding & then referred to "these difficult times" trying to blame COVID. Give me a break! L I was told my frames should be coming in the following week but still not even an estimated shipping date. To their credit, they offered to cancel order & give an immediate refund. I replied to email & asked about a different frame being in stock so my order could be processed sooner & not cancel it. AFTER ANOTHER WEEK OF NO REPLY, I tried calling customer service again & was surprised to reach someone. Very nice & helpful. She apologized for the problem & processed the cancellation. I explained that the refund could not go to the card used for purchase. I was told there was no problem & I provided alternate card info. I quickly received confirmation of the refund being issued to the card provided on the phone. When REFUND DID NOT POST to the account, I checked the old account & the refund was posted to the wrong account... Then I noticed the refund amount was $50 short. It would appear that they PLAN TO CHARGE ME $50 DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETENCE!
I replied to the refund notice about the wrong account & the wrong refund amount & requested a reply with their plan to rectify both issues. I may get a reply next month some time & will update review when I do.
***STAY AWAY... They have thousands of reviews, so the bad ones get filtered down. If there are any glitches at all with your order... you can forget about it.
Do they have customer service? Placed order 15 days ago $400 lenses & $150 frames. Invoice came quickly by email & no indication that discounts were applied for my vision insurance so I emailed right away (#1). Phone calls, voice messages & 7 emails later, NO RESPONSE FROM CUST SRVC. 4 days after order, the status on my order changed from "pending" to "back ordered" & still no communication, not even to notify me. New question on order... new email(#2). Phone calls, voice messages & emails (#3,4 & & 5) Days 13-15 (#6 &7) my order status changed to "in process"... whatever that means. No expected shipping date. I just want to know if my insurance was applied to my purchase so we can resolve that if needed & when I can expect my glasses. Days 1-14, I was able to be patient, aggravated but still patient. Now... Not so much... Day 15 still no reply.

Glasses arrived on Saturday. The young lady in customer service was great (yes a human being answered phone!)She checked on my order status and helped me arrange Sat delivery so I wouldn't have to wait till Monday to receive. Glasses are great and came with documentation to register and prove they are Crizal with anti glare etc. my prescription etc is spot on; I'll be using Glasses.com again if your nervous about purchasing glasses on line this place deserves every 5 star rating they receive!
My fourth pair from you folk. I love perfectly round lenses and find you have the best selections. I have two pairs of the Boston round glasses from England and wanted another but know you are having long wa in t times for them. Can one buy just temples for that particular glasses frame? I would like to purchase as a special order if possible. Thanks Hugh

First time shopper buying prescription glassses. Received as ordered. The glasses look and feel fine, will take a bit for eyes to adjust to new prescription. Saved money, but prefer traditional optician. Overall satisfied with experience
Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.

Answer: Less than 2 weeks in my experience, which involved sending in my existing Ray Ban frame to have the new prescription lens installed.
