Easy to use website. Just one thing I'd change. Allow users to re-order easily from past orders. I just wanted the exact same glasses I got last time.

Service was excellent. As per my previous comment, I would have liked some kind of notification when my frames were received and when my glasses were to arrive so that I could take appropriate action as necessary. Otherwise, excellent.

I placed an order on June 22,2020 and it's been more than a month and I still have not received my order. Customer service is another issue. It is so difficult to get a hold of someone from customer service. And when I was finally able to talk to someone I was told that my order will arrive at a certain time. Of course it didn't arrive and I never received any update in regards to my order. So I had to call again and go through the lengthy and torturous experience of trying to speak to someone. And when I was able to finally get a hold of someone I was told that they have no idea when I will receive my order. Of course they offered a refund but that doesn't even equate to the wasted time that I had to endure and the horrendous customer service that I experienced. Save yourself the agony and do not purchase anything from this company. I know they have positive reviews from their website and I'm wondering about the validity of those reviews. One of the worst company I've ever encountered. I would give a negative number as a rating if it was an option.
I'm very pleased with my order I lost a pair of these same glasses, my eye doctor no longer carry them so I already knew what to expect and that's exactly what I got.
My wife ordered an frame but never received it. Called the company no answer. E-mailed company no response. Our credit card was charged. Contacted credit card company and was credited charge by credit card. Credit card is investigating this fraudulent company.
It was exactly what I wanted and ordered. Lenses to be placed later.

Easy website to use in order to place my order. Processing & delivery was excellent.
However the incorrect pupillary distance was submitted on my order and have returned the eyeglasses to have the lenses corrected to the correct pupillary distance. I mailed the eyeglasses back on 7/13/20 and are to be delivered 7/16/20. I had contacted customer service by email & by telephone concerning the return, but no one replied to either, so I sent them back according to the information on your website.
My replacement lenses are performing as expected.

Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
Answer: They are legit; I've used them several times over the past decade.
Answer: Less than 2 weeks in my experience, which involved sending in my existing Ray Ban frame to have the new prescription lens installed.
