The glasses weren't good. The lenses made everything larger than normal.

Good quality, but the bifocal doesnt seem as strong
The lenses were well made and improved my vision notably. The frames were OK as well. I am very pleased with the glasses and the price. The only issue is how the glasses fit on my face. One ear sits slightly lower than the other and without personal fitting/adjustment the frames do not quite fit. The width of the nose piece is a bit off. Both of these issues would have been resolved in a eye doctor's office. I will probably get another pair from eyeglasses.com, being a little knowledgeable about measurements. I will probably send in my current frames with my next order.

I received my glasses just fine, but on the same day received an email for a 10% off promotion. I emailed customer service on that same day (June 8th) and asked if I could please receive the promotion of "takeoff10now" since I had JUST placed an order. I never heard a response to that request.
I thought the packaging would be better. Almost seemed used but good price and good product.
Smooth ordering process. You make adding rolled and polished lens edges easy.
Very easy, user friendly website experience. Glasses were finished and delivered quickly. Glasses fit and look as described. Only complaint is the the plastic tabs on the bridge are a little uncomfortable and dig into my nose a bit. Maybe a softer plastic or rubber would be more comfortable.
I had new bifocal lenses (executive/Franklin style) put into an old frame. Very pleased with being able to reuse frames, how easy it was to ship, kept informed about status. They received my frames on June 1 and I got them back June 17. Eyeglasses.com were the only one I found that would make Executive style bifocals. Happy Customer!

My daughter really likes her glasses. Now she can see what the words are, not guessing what the Dr's orders say on her script.
EG took approx 3 week's order to delivery. Frames direct took 2 MONTHS to deliver my glasses.
