Not the case here...they are a full-service provider. And the best part is I saved $300 at eyeglasses.com on my lenses. And they are crystal clear! So Happy! I feel like I hit the jackpot here! Win/Win! Wish I could post a pic!
I appreciated the options available, and the option for trifocals. I wish there was a visual try on option, and the ability to edit the order in the cart. After receiving the order, I did not care for how the frames fit. They were the exact same dimensions as my current frames, but the arms have metal, and that's what rested on my ears, which hurt after a while. The company itself has been great. It's not their fault the frames didn't fit well. It's hard buying them online.
Easy enough so far. Just ordered frames. We'll see how it goes from here.

I checked several vendors before I found eyeglasses.com with their amazing prices. I damaged my frames through sheer carelessness and needed to replace only the frames, and eyeglasses.com had the same frames for much less than I originally paid at the optometrist's office. Thanks!
The coupon codes given did not work and I messaged them and asked how long before I got them and it ended up being twice as long was very difficult to get customer service and no replies to my emails

My experience was awesome. Called to have the mailing address changed, because I accidentally put in the wrong address number. It was not a problem, the change was made and I received my eyeglasses.
Glasses were advertised as Clearvision Clint eyeglasses. When order arrived, they were Clint II frames. Was looking for Clint frames, not Clint II. Notified customer service, that I was returning frames. They received frames and refunded money to PayPal account.
All is well.
