The lens holders in the frames I received are smaller than I expected. There is a model from the same maker that has larger lens holders, however they don't have the color I like in that model. So I need to decide if I want to keep the frames I received or exchange them for the other model but with the less than preferred color.

I had to redo when I had the wrong color frame and when I forgot some prescription info. It took over an hour to order online. They should allow customers to edit and make changes to the order and prescription without having to redo. Also, I did not order anti-glare and maybe they should do more to emphasize the value of this add- on. I had to send them back to add it on. Also it seemed that entering the prescription myself was ok. Then a day later they wanted a copy of the prescription- more delay. They should make this requirement clear up front. My glasses so far seem ok. But the ordering process is cumbersome.
The order processing time took longer than I would've preferred, but they kept me up to date on what to expect. Then, when the time came for delivery, I received a note saying my glasses had not passed inspection and would be further delayed. I called and explained I was about to go on vacation, and really needed those glasses. They corrected the problem they'd found and shipped my glasses overnight, so in the end I was a happy camper.
It's been exactly what I expected, which is good.

I ordered two pair of frames, one with sunglass lenses. That pair came in as the wrong size. I called customer service, explained the issue and a new pair was ordered immediately. I was mailed the correct size with a label to return the incorrect pair. Terrific customer service!

Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
