Easy to order, product comes with nice case and cleaning cloth, better deal than regular store.
Easy ordering, but after paying an extra $10 for speedy shipping, I thought I would receive the glasses two days after ordering them NOT a week later. I guess the VERY fine print said "two days AFTER processing the order" which ended up taking close to 5 days. Makes me wonder if I would have received them about the same time had I not paid extra. Nonetheless, I'm VERY happy with my frames! Thank you!
My only problem is getting the nose pads adjusted so that they don't hurt. For this reason, it would have been a benefit to have an in-person optical store so I could have them do the adjustment. At some point I will probably have them adjusted by a professional.
The Virtual Frame Viewer is great, all your frames should be on that system.

I received the order quickly after ordering the glasses
I have returned the glasses, due to fit and questionable prescription. They were supposed to be progressive, but reading from any angle at the lower part was impossible. I have requested a smaller round frame with a shorter nose piece (walrus?) with a graduated pink tint (I will pay extra for this), and the same coatings as before. You should be receiving the return by Monday. I look forward to a pair of glasses that work better for med. Thank you
Ordered wrong size frames (lenses) miscommunication with the rep. Will get it rectified I am sure.
