One of the lenses isn't in correctly, frame was bent, prescription is off, and took much longer than stated.
I attempted to contact customer service both by phone and e-mail to check the status of my order before it was received, and I got zero response, so I think that needs work, but the frames I ordered did finally arrive in good order, so I can't complain about that.

Good but smaller than my measurements
I was a little skeptical about buying glasses online but decided I would chance it. Not only are my glasses perfect but I saved almost $200 compared to what my Optometrist charged. Anyone on the fence about buying online go for it you'll be glad you did.
Worst experience ever - Do not deal with these people
Couldn't have been an easier order - simple single vision lenses & frame. I'm absolutely furious... my son, who's currently sitting his exams has been without glasses and hasn't been able to see properly for well over a month! I ordered these glasses well over a month ago now, and they STILL can't even provide an ETA - apparently the glasses haven't even been dispatched yet! This is an utter disgrace. Just incompetence and 'don't care/no customer service' hiding behind a Covid-19 excuse. For heaven's sake do not deal with this company. Their 'customer service' is the worst I've ever encountered in my entire life - all I get is sarcasm and a 'couldn't care less attitude'. Do yourself a favor and do not deal with is firm.
Need to make prescription info more specific for those that are new to glasses. (O.D., O.S., PD).

Overall I'm very satisfied with my new prescription sunglasses with progressive lens. The polarized brown tint is very good without any flaws that I can see. I've worn them everyday since receiving them and they're great while outside in the bright sunshine working, driving or just relaxing. They did a great job on the progressive prescription lenses, I can see everything near, far and everything in between.
Ordered Sunglasses July 30th 2020. It is now August 13th 2020 and I have heard nothing. My emails are not responded to and I have tried many times. Left message on their voice mail and no one will answer their phone. Will NOT be buying from this company again. Would give it minus stars if possible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.

Answer: Less than 2 weeks in my experience, which involved sending in my existing Ray Ban frame to have the new prescription lens installed.
