Easy to use website. Fast delivery, well-packaged, case included, exactly what I ordered. I even received the standard (non-prescription) dark-tinted sunglasses lenses with my frames and Transitions prescription lenses... I'm very satisfied with the glasses and the service!

I have done business with your company before and have always been very satisfied with the service after the sale, quality of the product and the price of the item for what I am getting. Round RG2/C glasses are impossible to find locally but you have had exactly what I am looking for. I have bought several pairs of these glasses before.

I was originally bummed out because the first pair of lenses didn't pass QC and that delayed shipment. I have a very strong prescription so it takes longer for my glasses to be made. But now that they're here, I really like them.

This is the second time I have ordered glasses and the process was easy, the website was clear in explanation of what attributes were in the lens choices, what prices were included or additional and pyament and ordering was easy.

Great choice of eyeglasses. I have a very hard time finding glasses that fit my face correctly. I really appreciate the fact that I could physically try the glasses on.

Live Chat was very helpful with my questions. Easy to us site. Shipping took a bit longer than I feel it should have. Process/people were great, product was not very good quality, not even close.

Entering my street address was amazingly painful. The City, State, and Zip fields were hard to navigate, nonintuitive.

Other than that, I'm very satisfied with the frames.

Eyeglasses.com has a huge inventory of styles to choose from and, far as I could tell, is the only online retailer that allows you to purchase up to 3 frames and not have to pay a re-stocking fee when you return them. As it's difficult to know how a frame will actually look on you, I did just that...I purchased 3 and sent 2 of them back with no problems. They were very easy and helpful to work with!
