So far, everything appears to be fine. I would just recommend there being photos of all colors of glasses being sold.
Last time, I had ordered three pairs of glasses and received confirmation for three pairs, yet only two pairs arrived. I waited another week after the first two arrived before calling to inquire as to where was the third pair. I was informed that the third pair was no longer available.
There are two issues with this: 1) Someone should have contacted me to inform me that the pair for which I had received confirmation, was no longer available. 2) Had I received such confirmation, I would have ordered another pair in its place.
Customer service was generally responsive.

I have called a few times about my order...everyone has been very helpful in answering my questions. I will be sending the shipment back soon as I really want black and I guess they are not available in black.
Found a specialized item I was looking for (cable eyeglass temples), but through a "backdoor" Google search rather than directly through the eyeglasses.com website (where I purchased the original frames and which frames are no longer offered in the color/finish I own).
Nice, relatively painless. It may help if there was "flyover help" to explain some of the options (e.g. Lens coatings, lens material)

Great price for the frames. I did order an upgrade from the standard lenses, but I don't really like them. I wish I had ordered a more expensive lense because the ones I have get dirty too easy an are not easy to clean.
The customer service I received was excellent. I sent an email inquiry and received a response back almost immediately. Site was easy to use with great payment options. I am going to visit one of the Connecticut stores for an eyeglass adjustment. I love having that option. I was excited that I could get ultra high index lenses at a reasonable price. Great communication during the fast and secure shipping. I plan to use this service again in the future.
