Looking through the lenses was good straight ahead but very wavy if I looked slightly to one side or the other. It was difficult to explain to them over the phone, so they advised me to take it in to an eye doctor to assess, but it is difficult to get someone to help you with a product that you purchased elsewhere. Final result to be determined.

Everything from the beginning of placing my order to receiving my glasses has been wonderful. I would definitely order again.

Website had a glitch - I had to call and refresh process.

I paid more for next-day delivery, but didn't realize it would take more than a week to create the glasses. Perhaps my expectations were out of line...I expected the glasses one day after placing the order.

Glasses broke when optometrist went to replace lens with my lens, was brittle (possibly old stock) and snapped off the nose pad screw that holds left lens :( not happy

This is my first online eyeglass order, and I am very happy with the experience and the glasses. I had some great frames at home and needed new prescription lenses, so I sent the old glasses. Now I have frames I still love and brand new lenses.
