A less expensive alternative for my pricey prescription. The fit of the frames needs a bit of adjusting but assuming that is done easily, I will use them again.

Please remove the mandatory comment section to this survey. It's arrogant and intrusive and gives me a poor view of Eyeglasses.com.

I called to make sure the frames I wanted were not back ordered. The women I spoke with gave excellent customer service and helped me make a better and more informed decision on the lenses and coatings options. Thank you.

The order took a little over 3 weeks, from the time I gave my glasses to UPS until I received them back. This is fine, but I was under the impression from the web site that it would be much sooner. I think better tracking while in transit and being worked on would have made the wait more acceptable.

Glad that the frame is carried, not sure if it's in stock and will be able to ship next business day because I don't know where on the website to find out if the glasses are in stock.

Very wide choice of frames and lens

The price and quick services was excellent. Unfortunately to not fault of yours the glasses did not suit me because they are too dark. I am returning them.
