Thanks for offering the contacts at such a great price! Delivery has always been timely and consistent. Never a problem with my contacts or ordering.
I had two separate benefit packages. Submitted an order on 3. 31. 26 under order number EYECM*******690. You sent an email to the incorrect address stating there was a problem with my Rx. I did not receive it, did not answer, and my original order was cancelled. Now I am forced to use my second benefit package because the original one expired on 3. 31. 26. Your chat agent Pam S, was unwilling to help when I contacted you guys today. As a result, I have lost the extra benefit I had for the year.
The last time, my contacts didn't make its way to me due to shipping issues. Hopefully logistics has been resolved. However, I will reserve full feedback once the contacts have been received.
It is so much easier than going to the optometrist, you have so much more clarity on what you will pay, and you have very good options.

I returned my glasses because they were too small. The other pairs I was interested in were not in stock
