Relatively easy site navigation - but it drops earlier search filters, also limited frames - be careful, "metal" frame may just be the nose bridge! No high end brands like MODA.
A little bit fraudulent re pricing (thus 4 stars) ie $21 frames + $49 dollar progressive lenses but then you need to add the ACTUAL lens - could be $7 or $85 - lowest not always available, so you'll end up spending around $100 on average. They come just at 2 weeks and I find the highest end lenses scratch easily- might as well go cheaper. The RX is PERFECT. They nickel and dime you for case, shipping. Online tracking, order info all big lags and inaccuracies. Still, Overall Easily less than 1/3 of brick & mortar places!

Though I entered my prescription and had items in my "wishlist", the information disappeared. I got contradictory information regarding the size of frames, whether or not the company could fill my order, the order in which frames appeared. When I hit the back button it sometimes sent me all the way to the beginning of the category, other times to the previous screen. Hard to use, wastes time, confusing.
We live in an impatient world where online companies like zappos and amazon offer next day air and quick processing times. Im pretty low maintenance and even I have lost excitement regarding my order while Im 13 days in of having placed the order with no end in sight. My prescription is 1.0 which is simple. Ive contacted customer service twice, on different days, and the response was itd ship in 2-3 business days. The excitment is caput and i doubt ill be a returning customer.

In general, very much nothing good models good price but expensive Delivery to Russia.And so everything is fine wonderful. I hope that everything will come in the right and good form.

Bought the same glasses three times now. First to change prescription. The last one's coating started wearing off and the plastic that held the screws together popped off. But I love the way these look.
I've used Eyebuydirect for years and have ordered more than 6 glasses from Eyebuydirect since 2010. However EyeBuyDirect is not the only vendor I used to buy eyeglasses for myself and family members. I like their quality lenses and easy online ordering process. But I feel the frame selection is still limited (especially titanium frame, sunglasses frame) and not much improvement through the years. The order statements from Eyebuydirect do not separate lens and frame prices and it gives me trouble for my reimbursement with my eye care insurance, because insurance has different terms for lens and frame. I wish Eyebuydirect knows that they are not only dealing with their direct customers but also need to understand health care industry. These are two major reasons that I have to order several glasses somewhere else.
There really is no hassle in ordering. Buying my second pair after ordering my first test pair. Will recommend to anyone especially as orders can be completed for cheap.

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call.
