The glasses are cute, really like them and that they're affordable. But bc they're so cheap they're more on the fragile side so they don't last as long.
I've been buying from EyeBuyDirect for a couple of years due to the fact of their wide selection of round glasses (John Lennon/Hairy Potter). Communication with the company is great when there's a discrepancy with prescription or if they discontinued a frame. I will continue to purchase from EyeBuyDirect.

Needed a back up pair of glasses & was told about this site, like the glasses & found one pair I extremely like, ordered & loved them since. Fit well & had many compliments.
Ordered two pairs. I can get them cheaper at a local optical store but I get more choice at EyeBuyDirect. The only bad thing is you can't tell if they'll fit and if they don't you have to send back etc which is a pain. I have purchased 6 pair from here and been happy with most. The cheap frames break easily so I recommend buying the higher priced ones.

The frames were very nice but the glasses didn't match the prescription I provided. I eventually found the glasses I lost so I could compare them to the new glasses. Close but not the same. Since they are only for TV viewing I'm just going to keep them as backups.

They were happy enough to take my money then provide a fake tracking number. Each time I called or emailed I got a different story as to when and from where my glasses had shipped. NONE were true. Glasses never arrived by the "No later than" date.
Fast, easy, good price, glasses have spots on them that can't be wiped away from the anti glare and blue light filter. So I would recommend sticking with the basic lenses

These glasses are awesome and you cant beat the price for quality glasses. I have been wearing glasses for 50 years and these are just as good as the glasses I paid 600.00 for. I also got them 2 days ahead of the estimated time. The web site was a breeze and the prescription what right on. I will defiantly recommend them all of my friends. I am always quick to make a review if its not what was expected, but this time they went above and beyond with customer service.

I ordered my glasses and they were on their way to my address. After much time had went by, they still had not arrived. I finally called and they got sent back to the factory and i asked them to tell me why and they said they had no clue. My adress and everything was correct so the lady said she would process the order again. I called back again a couple days later after receving no update and the man said that they should be shipped out that day HOWEVER i checked back two days later and they were still in the factory! So i called ONCE AGAIN today and the lady said that my glasses are still in the damn factory. She said they should be shipped soon ( like what is soon?) but now it will take them even longer to arrive. SO i kindly asked for expedited shipping because I CANNOT see or even drive right now. I really needed these glasses A LONG TIME AGO. All she said she could do was send a form to the factory basically telling them to hurry up. This whole thing has been such a hassle and i am really upset because i am practically blind right now and cant even leave the house without glasses. Its been almost a month since i ordered and i still have not received anything helpful or offered.

The glasses look great and feel great. The try-on feature was pretty accurate, and the glasses look even better in person. There was a decent selection of the kind I wanted, and the prices are such a steal. The only thing was slow shipping, got my glasses a little bit after the 14 days as promised, and I never got an email that they shipped. Even though they assured me they were "in the last stage of quality check" for about a week, customer service was friendly and prompt at responding to emails.
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
