Eyebuydirect, even during a pandemic, has remained consistent, fast delivery, and product is still decent quality. The glasses aren't high end looking or anything but the price is right. My son also has glasses from them and they hold up to a ten year old. I have bought about 6 or seven pairs and usually during sales, so prices have been pretty good.

The sizing is not correct. I had three frames total and although listed as different sizes, they were not at all. Trying to get help was an absolute nightmare, and once I decided to just get a refund, they kept offering other things after I repeatedly said I wanted to return the glasses. I shipped them back last week and I still haven't received my refund.

I bought a pair of frames and the prescription was wrong. I had difficulty returning them. I got another pair and although t he prescription was correct, I didn't like the way the frames fit. They would not accept them as a return. You get what you pay for in the case of this company.

Bought a pair of glasses and within 90 days the arm fell off. I contacted them and was informed I had to pay to ship them back ($7). Not to happy with that but need the glasses. After 12 email (12!) is was told I had to pay $61 to get the glasses fixed. I asked to speak with an individual and they would not provide anyone to speak with. I'll never do business with them, other online companies will treat you much better.
Furious, paid for 2day shipping and was not informed until after completing my order frames/ prescription will take 7-14 buisness days to complete prior to shipping!

I bought from your website under the impression my eyeglasses would be completed and delivered in a 2day time frame. I Spent a total $205.00. SMH, eyebuydirect taking advantage of people during an epidemic. I work at the hospital and needed my glasses asap.
I only purchased from your website because you offered 2day delivery! Meaning order completed in a 2 day timeframe. I have no idea when my glasses will be completed or delivered because no tracking or completion date was provided. Ordered 8/24. I will be calling tomorrow to cancel my order.
If I could give negative stars I would. Made an order and paid the same day. They said my payment failed even though I sent proof it didn't. They won't refund me and said won't send my order until I pay again. Screw these crooks and take your business to (ganja-estates.com) those guys are great and outstanding will recommend them to every one (ganja-estates.com) is the best website ever trust me
The frames claimed to have spring hinges. There was no spring in the hinge. My 3 for $20 dollar reading glasses from Costco have spring hinges. These $70 frames do not. They were totally unable to come up with a satisfactory replacement frame. Now I have to ship these back and wait for a refund. A total waste of time. It took about a month to get the glasses and it will probably take an equal amount of time to get my refund. Shop local so that you can see what you are getting.
The glasses are fine, but if you have to return something, be ready to lose whatever discount you may have received. For example, if your bill was $130 and the discount was $30, and your refund should be $50 for returning one product, they'll give you $20 back. You end up just overpaying for everything else, which actually makes it more expensive than if you were to just buy it on its own.

I've purchased eyeglasses on EyeBuyDirect many times and my experience has always been stellar. The first pair of glasses I bought, the arm fell off just prior to a year of purchase. I emailed customer service, and they were able to replace my glasses no questions asked. I only had to pay the $5.95 delivery charge and it was shipped immediately. I've purchased two other times afterwards and the experience was easy, quality solid, and shipping was fast.
I bought two pairs of blue light filtering glasses and I started getting headaches from them. I *******@eyebuydirect to ask them to send me their spectral report of the glasses, since I wanted to make sure they are filtering the correct type of blue light. The company acknowledged they do not have a report, so they have no science to back up their effectiveness. I requested a full refund and I was given my money back immediately. It looks like they want to keep it very private that they have no science to prove that their glasses work. I am glad I got my money back, since the glasses seemed to be just for looks. Any dollar store glasses can do that! Just sharing my experience so people don't buy these thinking that they are actually gonna help. Just request the report. You will see they are fake!

I got blue light protection on my lenses and I can really feel the difference, They were a really good price and are of really good quality. I have nothing but compliments to give. The glasses I bought are AMAZING. The quality for the price is out of this world. My glasses that I got were very sturdy and the lense itself was glass which beats $100 for plastic at the doctor's office. Idk what they do different but my prescription that was delivered was CRYSTAL clear. Even with my eye doc glasses the prescription seems a little bit blurry, even tho it's the exact same thing. With blue light protection and everything it only cost me around $40. Everything from the checkout process to delivery was A+ I'll definitely be ordering again

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
