You now charge for lens cloth and case... on top of increased pricing. Huge disappointment after bragging about you to friends and family. Now I see why they did not choose you.

I probably am twenty or more pairs of glasses from ibudirect. I've only returned 1 or 2 pair just because they didn't look like I thought they would on me. They gave me no trouble at all.And I got a full refund.

Virtually trying on the frames was easy, uploading my prescription was easy, adding my insurance info was easy, ordering was easy, shipping was quick and the product quality is great. It took me less than 15 minutes to order from start to finish, and arrived within a week!

I have purchased at least 10 pair of glasses over the years and have never had a problem with EBD. I have recommended your company to so many people who compliment me on my glasses! Even when I had vision insurance I still used EBD. My husband has also had several pair and has been very happy!

Shipped with insufficient address, usps returned to sender. Instead of correcting the address and resending, I had to reorder and wait for processing and shipping all over again.

Had an order go wrong from here and the customer service was great to get it shipped back and I got my new pairs really really quick!

I didn't respond so the refund wasn't processed. I didn't want an exchange, I wanted a refund. This violates the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. With my newest order, I couldn't use my birthday coupon code (it was my birthday 2 days ago) because I chose $9 frames instead of $15. I like the frames I picked- I'll pay the difference. Frustrating to be sure.

For some reason 90% of the glasses I choose won't fit my prescription. You should have some sort of sorting device that lets me figure that out before I go through the whole choice listing and then find out it won't work. What should take 30 minutes took me two hours to do because your site is flawed.

This will be the third time buying glasses from eye buy direct. They are so easy to order from.

The prescription sunglasses option is twice as much as it was a couple years ago. Really sad. I blame trump, not you guys. But also why are sunglasses that much more expensive than regular glasses?!?
