Glasses and ordering were a breeze. Fine products to explore and choose from. Quality is medium. Shipping however was a not a pleasant experience. To start with I recieved free shipping and it did not state it would be sent Parcel Post which is not an insured service, so that being said if my two pairs of glasses were smashed, broken etc. I would have been out my money. Second shipping tracking number they sent me stated for over a week that the Post Office was waiting for the item and lastly my Informed Digest on my Postal Account had a totally different tracking number that was for the same package Eyebuydirects gave me a different tracking number for. I contacted Eyebuydirect about shipping numbers, they blamed the Post Office and stated the number they gave me was correct and that the number in my Informed Digest was not theirs.But alas it was because it tracked the same place and times as their original number. So just beware of the shipping with this company.
Price was about half that I normally paid. Glasses and frames seem very good.

My husband couldn't read with the first pair of glasses he received. I don't know why they didn't give us the second pair the first time, he ordered. They said we didn't order the right ones. How were we to know that to get the better progressive glasses by ordering the first time. I thought they would send them, when we ordered progressive the first time.

I bought some glasses for myself on Jan 10th and did the 2 day delivery for $20, after the end of the second day I hadn't received my glasses so I contact Customer Support, I spoke with Jane Cole who said I should be patient and wait, at the end of the conversation I receive and email saying my order has been shipped and a UPS tracking number which says it will be delivered Jan 13th 2023. Today, Jan 13th 2023 I logged onto the UPS tracking number and the page is blank. I contacted Customer Support and I spoke to Harold who said I should expect my package some day until Jan 16th 2023 with no explanation and proceeded to give me a $9 refund, so generous thank you.

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
