The only thing that was tricky was the prescription, once I worked that out, it was an awesome experience. I was able to figure out the fit that works best for me and got my first two pairs. One of said pairs did not quite fit my face, I contacted support and they got back to me in a quick manner and explained how everything would work, it took quite a while for them to be done, but I am in lovee.

Love the try on option. Sizing was a little scary at first but worked out perfect for my son. Limited prescription options so will bit be able to buy for myself as I'm passed -6.0. My son LOVES his new glasses took about 2 weeks but had an update so we knew what was happening with them the whole time.
