I was ordering multiple items tricking out my Bronco and going back and forth on some options. I called directly and Brandon was super great and helpful over MULTIPLE days while I figured it out. 10/10 service!
When I ordered the flag it specifically stated that delivery would be Friday may 16th. However it's now won't be till the 17th after the fact when we wanted to use the flag. When I checked the tracking it sat waiting for pick up for 2 days. Disappointed in this aspect. I paid for the shipping to be here the 16th. I could justify $40 for over night.
I ordered a grill, decided against it and am returning. I ordered it 5/08/25 and today is 05/14/25. I have not received item to return yet, order does not read as cancelled yet, and have not received a refund yet.
I ordered a 5 set of tires and rims. When I got to checkout it gave me the option of adding the TPS monitors, but after I checked out, i realized that it only added 1 monitor instead of 5 for all the tires. There was no way for me to go back and edit my order.

We do have a very short window to do this but it can be done sometimes. Ordered these for my wife's 2016 JKU for Mother's Day. They delivered a day early and I couldn't be happier with them. They appear to be a very good quality. I can't wait to put them on.
Got the order when as planned by the shipping date. The door seals where in a clear plastic bag, no markings no instructions. Once I figure out the drivers side it went smooth. The passenger side looked like a completely different manufacturer when I tried to install it the top some what did but when I went down the sides it was too big. I know the driver side in the passenger side are different moldings but they should be the same shape and resemble each other just opposite direction from all I can see on all the other websites. I didn't receive the packet that they say comes with it with extra push pins and now the passenger side from going on and off so many times is damaged so it can't be returned so I'm stuck with one that doesn't fit very well and I do get some leaks so I'll have to figure out something. So overall not very happy only one side worked well.

The wheels that i bought for my tj were previesly mounted and sold as new they have small marks on them and they all had wheel balance stick on weights on them. I notices the weights when i went to the tire shop to get mounted.
I called in for info and got great advice for my Jeep Gladiator. I needed to add a brake control system and the CSR shared option and best solution. Two thumbs up!

Extreme Terrain knocked it out the park once again. I was dumb to place an order for the High Mount Tail lights for my 2016 Jeep JK and 2018 Jeep JL. One order didn't have the correct mounts for the tail lights and the 2nd order didn't have the wiring harnesses to connect the lights. Returned both items back to Amazon and placed orders thru Extreme Terrain. I was shipped the correct tail light mounts for each vehicle and all components were included in the shipments. Thank.you Extreme Terrain for having your inventory with your listed products. I will be a returning customer!

Overall, great prices, great selection and options, however felt limited in terms of not providing an electrical wiring panel or diagrams, despite buying lights, and did not include a parts list for upgrades or accessory features

I ordered a DV8 Center mount winch front bumper. I'm not saying i didn't get that but, I didn't get what I thought I was ordering. The picture on the website is NOT what I got. They are two completely different bumpers. What i ordered, right off the website, second picture is what got... what are you going to do about this? Thought I was getting one thing, got another. Wouldn't that fall under false advertisement?

I ordered the bumper on 5-1-25. On 5-2-25 I called to see if I could change to a different bumper that you stocked before they shipped it and was told they could not change the order even though it had not shipped. The person I talked to said they could not stop it and change the order. I guess that I will make the decision to return it or keep it when I receive it. I had planned to order a back bumper and other parts in the future, but I think I will be changing to a different supplier that can stop an order that has not shipped yet.

I do apologize that you where unable to cancel or modify your order 1 business day after the order was placed. Unfortunately when orders ship from one of our warehouses the cancellation or modification window is very short since we normally start processing, packing and ship the order within the first hour that the order is placed. This all depends on time of purchase, what location and warehouse cut off times. But in all we stick to a 24 hour processing window time & shipping. We are working on this and hoe to have some updates in the future rolling out where our customers can cancel within those first 24 hours but that is a work on progress. I have issued you a voucher to use on your next purchase online or over the phone due to the inconvenience you experienced. Answer: They have broken several federal consumer protection laws in my 2 experiences with them.
