Well I just got it. I ordered this on Monday and it arrived today. Wednesday. Wow., that service. I'll be installing it tomorrow. Very complete kit and I like it already. It's replacing an aFE and I think it will sound just as good. I review again after install.

I ordered a mesh top for my husband's Jeep for Christmas. A mesh top. We live in St Louis, MO, where the temperatures drop below zero in the winter. My husband drove to Florida in March for vacation, and to have a friend help him install the top, only to discover that it was the wrong top for his type of Jeep. I emailed ET and requested an EXCHANGE, not a refund... and they refused to help me because their "system" wouldn't allow them to process the return past the return policy date. They told me to contact the manufacturer (as if). What a joke. If they want to retain customers, they should have a mechanism in place to make exceptions to their rigid return policy. What were we supposed to do, dig the Jeep out of the snow to install a mesh top? Seriously? Why would anyone install a mesh top on their Jeep when it's below freezing outside? Now I am just out $269, and he still doesn't have the top he wants. Oh, and it's warm outside now. Perfect mesh top weather. Thanks, ET. We will never recommend you guys to anyone. My husband tried contacting them on X, and they blew him off
Ordering was easy, received the storage unit but it didn't fit my 2025 Bronco. It advertised that it would fit the 2025 Bronco. I want to return it and get a refund, but was told I would get a replacement. I do not have a lot of confidence that the next one will fit. Prefer a refund.

I ordered a fuel filler door cover for my Jeep and it didn't fit properly. I contacted customer service and spoke to Laura. She couldn't have been more helpful. Within a matter of minutes she sent me a link to send pictures of the problem with the door, and just like that, a new door was on its way! It's very clear that Extreme Terrain takes customer service very seriously!
There is no way to apply account credit during the check out process. Credit is not mentioned anywhere on the site except in the account to show balance.

Here is the FAQ article on where to see it on your account, https://servicecenter.extremeterrain.com/hc/en-us/articles/27490154274957-How-can-I-use-my-voucher-credit-Store-credit. Make sure you are logged into your account during checkout and there is a checked marked box that will automatically apply the voucher. If you are not logged in or check out as a guest it will not be there. Unfortunately I cannot see what the estimated delivery date was at the time of purchase but I can say that the warehouse normally should process orders within 24 hours not 48. I called about Powerstop brakes I purchased in August if 2023 your staff saw clearly my purchase they're under warranty the date the order and even the debit card number the calipers seized up and wanted to get them warrantied but they are wanting me to show proof of everything that they already had in order to get them replaced and them tell me I have to go through Powerstop which makes no sense cause I clearly bought them from you and your sight I ve spent ALOT of money through your company over the years so instead of jumping through your hoops to clearly resolve the issue I ended up buying the calipers and brake pads outright just to get what was clearly under warranty mile wise and time wise but I will say this I'll NEVER NEVER spend another cent with your company and WILL NEVER recommend you guys EVER again like I have in the past
While ordering there was a notice that there was free 1-3 day delivery on orders over $119. I ordered an item for $262 and of course this item was excluded as it ships direct from the manufacturer. I was then informed that delivery was expected 8-10 days from the order date. Today I received nitice that the item was expected to "ship" 10 days from the order date.
I have received 3 requests for reviews in two days regarding this order. Kinda hard to review something I have not received and will not receive in the time hoped for.

I do see that you ordered Timbren Rear Axle SES Suspension Enhancement System and you are correct this does ship directly from the supplier to you. This will effect the timeframe for delivery as the processing time is longer some items are made by the supplier prior to shipping etc. You did however still get the free shipping but still will not arrive in the 1-3 day delivery. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The estimated ship date is slated for 5/26-5/28 please keep an eye on your email as it can ship sooner, during or after those dates provided. Always competitive prices here. Not the greatest website to navigate, but really none of the jeep part sites are great. They do carry a lot of useful parts, and have some fantastic deals on occasion. However, one thing I *don't* need after I buy a product is an email containing 14 more options for similar items... like, if I just bought a hood, I don't need to see a dozen other hood options. Wouldn't I need that info before the purchase, not after?
I haven't received my product yet but great prices and products from this website. I have made many purchases over the years and if I ever had a problem customer service was great. From a rim issue to questions about products, they are great.
I had to order brakes for my 4runner and Gareth was great. I used the customer service system where you schedule a call back. It was was easy to use. We installed the brakes over the weekend and they work as expected. Very nice product everything was packed well. Arrived in time and i ssked if there was a discount and gareth explained my options. Overall I would recommend extreme terrain and these brakes.
