Three days waiting and nothing shipped even after a FEDEX shipping label was created shortly after order submission. In the end my order won't be home before leaving for my trip. Many other choices of vendors for ordered part, gave you my business, and you guys failed miserably. At least I tried

I'm sorry to hear that your order was not delivered in the timeframe you where expecting. I understand how disappointing that can be and what an inconvenience this can cause. I see you have spoken to a customer service representative on 4/30/2025 and they started the lost package claim for you which is an unfortunate event. The resolution date is set for tomorrow 5/2/2025 by end of the business day you will be refunded. Please keep in mind lost package claims take 1-3 business days to be completed depending on the last scan with fed ex. I can assure you we are resolving this matter as quickly as possible. I sincerely apologize again and have issued you a voucher to use on your next purchase with us online or over the phone. The box arrived damaged, but might not have been the company but FedEx, but the way it was packaged (the company) it caused the parts plastic bag to get a tear in it and all the pieces that were needed for assembly were all over the box and 5 pieces were missing. Also, when I wanted to chat with a person the chat started with a chat bot which are useless. Chat bots never answer any questions correctly. I don't know why companies use the chat bots. I finally reached a live person and told them that I was missing 5 pieces that are required for the assembly. They said they would send me the parts but first I needed to take pictures all of the parts that I did receive and upload the pictures to their website. Why would I have to take pictures of all the parts I received just to get the 5 pieces that I told them I was missing. I am not stupid I know what was missing but the company did not trust my judgement on what I needed. So much for being a "valued" customer.

Open box deal

Items missing that wasn't listed missing per the description. Call in to see what could be done about the missing item. Was told what I could do and if I didn't want to go that route I could return the item but if I didn't keep the item as is I would be giving a in store credit. I decided to keep the item.

Ordering was easy, but when I opened it, one of the 'ears' was bent down and there was no mounting hardware or instruction on how to safely secure into the bed of my truck.

I did review the product on the website and see that there is no installation guide available. On some products we do offer installation guides under "What's in the box". My suggestion here would be to google the product then a Youtube video should populate. Unusable. Broken.

The tailpipe was described as scratched which would have been ok, however it is flat out unusable. The hanger had been completely cut off and the exhaust opening badly bent so that it won't even go over my exhaust pipe. It was grossly misrepresented on your website and a complete waste of $115. This piece is scrap at best. I deserve a full refund

Paid extra for shipping because it said a date that was acceptable for me. Shipping was late and I contacted this company's customer service and was treated like a number and given a BS excuse when i stated i ordered by date not by days. So instead of being refunded the shipping difference (the least they could do) i was brushed off then chat was ended. Lost a good customer because of this

I looked into your order and technically what the chat agent advised you is correct that the 3 day shipping timeframe is the transit time the item is with the carrier. I do understand your frustrations and it is valid. Since we shipped on 4/16 it should of been delivered on 4/18. Therefor, I have refunded your shipping due to the inconvenience.
