Yes EXT sounds as strong as USA USA USA. Always a great experience haven't had one bad one yet. And I order lots of things. The people that I have had to speak with always take care of any issue. I think there's only been two and one was my issue not EXT. So if you want cool stuff great support and people that seem to care then look no further than EXT. I bet these folks enjoy their jobs. Sure everyone has a bad day every now and then. But you could hear the smile thru the phone. It's customer service that I remember…. I'm an old man now…. I'll always buy here first before I check anywhere it's always "EXT for ME"

I'm bombarded with "join this" "Mail me this" "Did you like our website" Please allow your customers to actually do something on your website before you throw a beraid of questions in our faces. All companies do this and it makes us want to go somewhere else

Add this say I'm very happy with the purchase. Total time of installation two hours. I'm not handest guy in the world, but I do brakes and rotors on my own oil changes and all the installation of the shocks was a lot easier than expected.
Since I had original fox shocks on the vehicle, which, after doing the installation, I realized that three of my four box shocks were bad. After installing the new shocks, I was surprise how smooth the ride was. I would purchase these again.
I can usually find what my Jeep needs…selection is pretty decent, prices ain't bad, shipping could be better but, I say that cuz I'm spoiled by Amazon prime lol

We reviewed your order, and we show that the RedRock Molded Cargo Liner; Black (Universal; Some Adaptation May Be Required) and the Windshield Sun Shade with University of Arkansas Logo; Black (Universal; Some Adaptation May Be Required) are set up as having a universal fitment, and they are noted as Engineered for Universal Applications. Both items do note that some adaptation may be required.

After many months and much research, I found the replacement brake rotors for my 2013 Ford Raptor pickup on the American Trucks website. I called in to make the order and spoke to Erik K. To place. After some conversation Erik made and effort to convert me to a similar Powerstop product that I had already reviewed and eliminated as a choice. The issue was, I desired a brake rotor with a dimpled and grooved design as opposed to a drilled and slotted model. My contention was that, in my experience, drilled rotors had a propensity to crack over many heat cycles. Erik contested this fervently but I held my ground, preferring to insist on the dimpled and grooved item. Some time was spent going back and forth over the merits of drilled versus grooved rotors but finally my original order was placed as well as for a companion set of brake pads made by EBC. Again, some attempts was made to sell me a Powerstop product which I declined. I don't fault Erik for trying to sell Powerstop products as the reason for my call was to ascertain correct sizing and application and Erik certainly provided that. What I find suspicious is that when calling for technical input, it should be made clear that Powerstop is inducing your representatives to feature their products over other comparable ones. Erik did, indeed, discuss the merits of various designs of brake parts and provided, as well as price comparisons. I just found an emphasis on one particular manufacturer over another to be a bit shady. Ultimately, my selections prevailed and I placed my original order. If one manufacturers products are unreliable, poorly made or have other demonstrable faults, they shouldn't appear on your website. Consumer complaints and returns are an accurate gauge of these factors and your product offerings should reflect that. As truck owners, we rely on American Trucks and other vendors to supply us with the best of what the industry has to offer at a cost below that of what is charged by dealers and third party mechanics. Also, many of us wrench on our own trucks and for that, American trucks and others are a valuable necessary source for our parts and accessories.

We reviewed your orders, and there is currently a block on your account, which means we are unable to accept purchases from you at this time. We did some investigating, and the block was put on your account in 2021. This block was placed on your account because we show that you ordered LED Tail Lights, and initially we were informed that you did not receive the taillights, and we sent our a replacement. While reviewing your orders, later in 2021, we show that the original and the replacement taillights show that they were delivered. So it appears that you received two sets of the tail lights, but we were only paid for one set. We noted your account and can remove this block, if we receive payment for one set of the taillights.
