All good one day late on delivery some concerns with item because the number on box was different than what I ordered but will work or is the same after calling and confirming thanks

The ordering process was easy and I received the package a day early. The only negative that I have was the box that my side steps were in was beat up pretty badly. In fact the small box that contained the washers and such was pretty smashed as well. Not sure what happened during the transit.

Package initially was to be delivered on Thursday, overall experience was great.

I ordered a new top for my Jeep & I wasn't sure if they made a sun rider top for my year model because I didn't see it in my catalog they sent me; so I called and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and answered all my questions. He found the top that I wanted gave me the model number and gave me his extension if I needed anything else, I'm just sorry I don't remember his name to give him credit for his helpful service. My only suggestion is that y'all need to use someone besides FedEx because they are trash, it didn't arrive when said then said it would come on Monday and did not said attempted delivery which was a lie cause I had it sent to my salon and was there until 7:00pm that night it didn't come until Tuesday afternoon. Not too big of a deal for me but if somebody needed something pretty quick it could be an issue. But Extreme Terrain services were great and will definitely be ordering from them again.
