I am so happy I found Extreme Terrain. As a Jeep owner they have so many options for replacements or modifications. Whether it's something as simple as floor mats or more complex like a stereo system, they have it! Thank you Extreme Terrain for always being there for all of my Jeep needs.

Was pleasantly shocked when the bumper we ordered arrived today, having just ordered it last night! Expected the two day shipping, which would have been great, but since it came early I installed it today, too!

Instructions left a bit to be desired, but I was able to figure it out and do it solo in about 3 hours, so relatively simple install. Definitely need to acquire some kind of skid plate to fill in the front a bit, but overall very happy with this purchase.

I had high expectations placing my first order with Extreme Terrain. Their website was very easy to navigate. I especially enjoyed the installation videos. They assisted me in making my decision to buy accessories. The follow-up after the sale was most appreciated as I tracked my packages. They were either on time or early. I will definitely shop here again.

Used a 90 degree pic to start holes for screws used a long Phillips screwdriver for 3 and a stubby for the other screw

I ordered an open box item and based on the description it said it came with the hardware and instructions but the window (soft top) had a puncture. After I ordered it I contacted customer service via a chat to see if they new which window it was so I could order a replacement before it arrived. The representative said it didn't say and that it also didn't have hardware! Of course since I bought it the listing with specific description is now gone and I have no way of knowing whether I really do now need to buy hardware as well until it arrives. The last time I purchased open box items they both did not match the descriptions (said the tire covers had the backup camera port holes and neither actually did) so my hopes are not high on this.
