Ordered shocks for 09 Tacoma on a Sunday night and they were at my door on Wednesday. I will definitely be a return customer.

Purchased tire pressure sensors from this company that never worked unfortunately tire company was not able to get me in to remove them before the 30 day period and extreme terrain would not honor my return! Terrible policy and customer service on equipment that never worked. They didn't understand that you have to make appts with tire company to have services you can't just walk in and demand that they remove the sensors that day. Cool

I order two sets of RedRock 1.5" wheel spacers for my 2016 Jeep JKU 75th Anniversary Edition. The price was great and the shipping was fast! They arrived one day sooner than the projected delivery date. When I got home there was a large box on the front porch. I immediately wondered what it could be because I knew the ET order was supposed to be delivered for another day, plus the box was too big. To my surprise, it was my ET order! I couldn't image why the spacers would be in such a large box. I opened it up and they had shipped three sets instead of two. I went to the ET site and started a "chat". I explained that I had received my order with additional spacers being in the box. The ET associate immediately emailed me a return label and the next day the additional parts were on their way back to ET.

Exploring my options for new parts for my Jeep were simple and easy online. When I called for additional help with finding out specific details I was extremely impressed with the knowledge of the salesman and was satisfied with my order.
