Ordered Two bumpers one was boxed very well and protected from shipping with no damage the other one was loose in the box; each end was torn out with the bumper sticking out and coating scraped off. Too much to return so I will just touch up myself.

I love extreme terrain I've ordered several things and they're always great however the last order I made I ordered a 3xl shirt and I received a 2xl instead.

Good or bad I never leave reviews. I'm in customer service so I know how maddening they can be but I'm so disappointed!

I purchased a set of Nfab Wheel to Wheel Textured Black side steps. The pic on the Extreme Terrain site shows box like tubing like the Predator Pro steps and the drop step looked like the Pro steps so I thought it was a lesser version of the Predator Pro and I would save a couple bucks. Boy was I wrong. They look nothing like the picture. These are a thick 3" or 4" tube style and the drop step in smaller round tubing as well with a different step pad and look. Totally different! I was excited based on the pics provided on the site only to feel baited to buying what I consider a lesser version.

FedEx was crappy and had a later delivery date than what was expected which happens these days, but the FedEx driver refused to put the large box on my door step and told my 60-70 year landlord who was working outside that she can take it up the steps or it just sits where he leaves it by the road and the box is was damaged and beat to hell so I don't know what to do if I have to return the extremely damaged cardboard box that FedEx beat to hell during shipping and the water damage that made the box fall apart when trying to move it after work. Driver dropped it off on a damp/ wet grass area in front of my place by the road.

Now after reading the return policy on the site I might be stuck with a $587 mistake due to misrepresentation of the product in the photos and the damage to the box due to the delivery method the parts were sent. After a little extra look around even the part numbers are almost the same except the real deal Predator Pro's have a PR on front of part number but everything else is an exact match. They sent me T2282CC-TX from NFab the Predator steps are PRT2282CC-TX. You can see why I didn't notice the situation before it unfolded!

So far so good items ordered arrived in a timely manner and no damage to report

The wire harnesses came with free spam e mails like a lot, I would use a dummy email if you don't want the clutter

Data on the website was more helpful than other sites and ordering was easy.

The antenna came with two different adapters to fit different vehicles. It was as simple as unscrewing the old, matching the correct base for the new. The new total time to change was no more than 2 minutes.

Tore the ugly, massive, bulbous, faded, plastic, atrocities off the ends of my 2003 TJ rear bumper and installed these end caps. Looks so much better than stock, and gives a clean "stubby" rear bumper look!
