Ordered cv axles twice for my tacoma and this is the second time they came in damaged I would not recommend it's going on a month without my truck now and gas and money I've spent to go pick the parts back up at the mechanic shop take them to get shipped back out and take them back to the mechanic I won't do it a third time I've never had such a hard time with a place also the first time I had to call and let them know I was sending them back they said yea send them back and we will just ship you out a new pair as soon as we get the other ones back I was like ok cool I call because no parts came in for two weeks and they tell me there was a glitch in the system and now I will have to reorder the parts and it will take 2 to 3 weeks to get my money back I don't have the money to spend again right now I just spent my last $400 to get the parts ordered the first time it's been hell trying to get these parts and get my truck back and I will not use this company again I'm going to see if my mechanic can just go ahead and put these on broke because I can't go another week without my truck it's sad

As has often been the case when ordering my JEEP addons, the videos are often the most valuable part of what I order from extreme terrain. My Red Rock tire carrier came with all the parts and expeditiously as expected but as before the installation directions that came with the product left a lot to be desired with a badly copied sheet of what may or may not have been a parts diagram and no more. The video link on the site was invaluable at making sure that I got the carrier installed correctly.

Fed ex had said package was delivered at my door. I got home searched for 3 different days and no package. I talked with Extreme Terrain and they helped fix the issue quickly.

Ordered flat black wheels, received 1 flat black and 3 gloss black wheels. Ordered black bullet lug nuts, received black acorn lug nuts. If I wasn't in a bind for tires and wheels (and they weren't already mounted and balanced) I would have made a stink about it. It's not a HUGE deal. I know how to paint wheels. But may look elsewhere next time I make a big purchase like this again.

The instructions were a bit vague. Had to go to Youtube to ensure install was done properly. Other than that, it seems to be a pretty good replacement. Since I've put it on, I've only driven the Jeep about 1/3 mile. Prob won't get many more miles than that in the coming months either so hope it holds up for a review later.

Shopping could not have been much easier. I found what I wanted and bought it. It shipped the same day and I had it in my hands 2 days later. My problem was the item was damaged but the shipping box did not show the damage so I believe it was like that from that factory. I discovered it during the install. ET was easy to work with on the return but wanted to charge me money for FedEx to come pick up the item at my home. So I had to load it up and find a FedEx site in the next town. This should not have been my problem when I received a broken item.

This order was for a dust boot for a tie rod end. It should not have taken 3.5 weeks to get a part that the. Com catalog said was in stock.
