Fed ex had said package was delivered at my door. I got home searched for 3 different days and no package. I talked with Extreme Terrain and they helped fix the issue quickly.
Got smitty built gear bags. They are very heavy duty and can't wait to put them to use.
You REALLY want a review? I paid the 2 day shipping fee. That was on the 30th of October. I now have an estimate of it being here on the 3rd of November. That doesn't equal 2 days. So, why charge a fee for something that can't be guaranteed? If I wanted it later, I would have skipped the fee. I've ordered other items from Extreme and have generally been happy. I'm not happy.

Ordered flat black wheels, received 1 flat black and 3 gloss black wheels. Ordered black bullet lug nuts, received black acorn lug nuts. If I wasn't in a bind for tires and wheels (and they weren't already mounted and balanced) I would have made a stink about it. It's not a HUGE deal. I know how to paint wheels. But may look elsewhere next time I make a big purchase like this again.
The instructions were a bit vague. Had to go to Youtube to ensure install was done properly. Other than that, it seems to be a pretty good replacement. Since I've put it on, I've only driven the Jeep about 1/3 mile. Prob won't get many more miles than that in the coming months either so hope it holds up for a review later.
Shopping could not have been much easier. I found what I wanted and bought it. It shipped the same day and I had it in my hands 2 days later. My problem was the item was damaged but the shipping box did not show the damage so I believe it was like that from that factory. I discovered it during the install. ET was easy to work with on the return but wanted to charge me money for FedEx to come pick up the item at my home. So I had to load it up and find a FedEx site in the next town. This should not have been my problem when I received a broken item.

LoD removable steps REQUIRE LoD's rockslider and don't work with Jeep factory installed rockslider. Web site should make this clear.
This order was for a dust boot for a tie rod end. It should not have taken 3.5 weeks to get a part that the. Com catalog said was in stock.
Replaced both front side marker lights. Very easy. It would have been nice if the replacements had included new attachment nuts. Fortunately the old ones worked.

When I ordered the "open box" product I read in the description that it could have minor cosmetic issues but option arrival, the passenger side step has a crack that spans almost the length of the step and is extremely noticeable when viewing the car from the right side. If I knew that this was considered "very good" I would have just kept my order as a brand new set.
