This is my first ordeer, so i cannot offer much input yet. I found the ordering process easy so i will know more as time goes on..

Quick and easy and I like the Barricade line of parts.

Everything is perfect, except me! Guess I am to the point of having to admit to being a little too old for the Jeep cover, as I simply found it too hard to use. If you are a little taller than me, with longer arms it would help, or, have 2nd person help putting it on. I did finally manage to get it installed, and it fits great so yes, I would recommend this cover.

I ordered a grill for my Jeep Wrangler. After I placed the order, I didn't receive a confirmation number. Just a notice on the screen to go to my email account to validate my email. I never received an email to validate and then couldn't check on my order because my email wasn't validated. I called customer service and explained what happened. The CS rep said they resent the email. Never received it. I asked to have it sent to another email which they did and still never received the link to validate. I then saw they charged my credit card and when I told the CS, they informed me it was because I validated my order. Which I never did. I then asked to cancel the order since I wouldn't be able to track it and they asked me the reason why I wanted to cancel. Really?! The whole process was frustrating. My credit card still shows the charge and I now will most likely have to dispute with my bank. Not sure if this is a scam?

I've ordered quite a few modifications for my jeep and had a great experience with most of the items. The swing case was disappointing to the fact it did not fit with the tonneau cover I had and it did say it would so I had to remove the top lid from the swing case instead of going through the hassle of returning it. They're customer service is great and I will continue to order from them as long as they keep providing good quality items at competitive prices and great customer. All around very pleased with them.

When you got a question they were basically quick to getting back quickly. Only downside is the YouTube videos and the directions for the lift I done they left couple things out on the instructions compared to the video.

Reasonably priced, fast delivery and was exactly what was described!

Fairly decent ordering experience. Won't ship smaller items to P. O. Boxes but seems to be a common error with how the check out process is setup through the site. Friendly sales rep's along with good communication skills that are able to get product shipped outta the shop & onto your door step within the next few business days..
