I have a 2023 tacoma I ordered side steps for. I put all the vehicle information needed and I received the side steps for the incorrect vehicle. I was sent steps that fit a 2005-2015, nowhere near what I had entered. I contacted customer service and they had me to check my paperwork assuming that I had entered the incorrect information. After some investigating on their end, they realized that the mistake had been made by them. I had to repackage and return to fedex and now have to wait yet again for the correct item.
Everything was great, will have purchase here soon and couldn't be happier. Shipping was on time, I've had issues with other things recently not delivering on time.

I was able to talk with Nichole and she informed me that after they have my order confirmation, they would put in a ticket to get me a refund for the difference.
